“Excellent phone service from staff was let down by late delivery. Ordered on monday morning, staff said that they could get parts out on the afternoon (which they did), paid for next day shipping, got despatch notification on monday but did not arrive till friday aftyernoon!”

“After spending ages trawling through Amazon and others, quite fruitlessly, I found Bearing King and quickly found exactly what I was looking for. The site filters guided me down through the products with the aid of dimensional profile sketches (most important) to finally spot the item I needed. In this case a new drive belt for a very old tumble drier. Approximately £15 instead of the prospect of a new machine costing a few hundred GBP ! Item delivered as predicted in a couple of days so thank you Bearing King.”

“I have a couple of complaints with, Bearing King. Their communication is deplorable and delivery times are poor too. In my case it was 4 days before my order for 2 belts were shipped. Then to top it off, they sent the wrong belts, despite giving them the reference numbers.”
