“Ordered on monday still not recived by friday emailed about it got a reply wanting ordef numbet so gave order number and still not had reply back Bearing arrived saturday Wont be using again as should not take nearly a week to arrive by 2nd class post”

Dear Francisco, sorry that you feel this way but give the post system a chance please after all it is coming from the UK to you in Spain, you placed your order on Wednesday the 14th Feb at 16.22, we shipped by post as you had requested on the 15th, I really do not know how else we can better our service for you, so for you to say bad web bad shipment is all a bit harsh, Kind Regards Mark King Managing Director

“I ordered glue on Sunday . Was notified of dispatch on Monday by second class post for free post and package . I received it Tuesday morning , by first class post . Brilliant . Service does get get any better than that . Very well done .”

“Item in question: 6805LLB by NTN, I bought this because the website said in stock. I was contacted 3 days later saying they had no stock and neither did their suppliers. They haven't bothered to change their website and still anyone can order. Absolute drivel.”

Dear Sanjeev, many thanks for your review and we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused, sometimes we get caught short on simple bread and butter sizes, we simply ran out of stock, NTN didn't have any stock so we tried to source with other bearing suppliers who also came back with nothing hence the 3 day delay, however we did offer you like for like alternatives LLB Enduro or 2RS1 SKF which we do have in stock, your point will be taken on board to help us improve, Kind Regards Bearing King team
