“I always measure a company based on what they do when something goes wrong, not right... and a (minor) issue happened where I was shipped the wrong spec bearings. Email answered within a matter of hours, resolution delivered within 1 email each, Bearing King paid for the return postage and shipped me the correct bearings by the next working day. I'd say that's a bloody good resolution and a very positive mark of them as a business with how they appreciate and respect their customers. I will be coming back for more bearings in the future, no doubt!”

Dear Donal, You're the second customer now that hasn't had their order in Ireland posted on the same day, I'm not sure what happened but it's not right, however we did have to walk to our main post office that day as the snow was really bad here, just a coincidence or not we'll get you another batch sent out tonight, Thanks Bearing King Team
