“Everything was ok but I believe you could of done better with the compensation and the amount dat was giving as part from this experience everything was ok but I believe anyone dealing with pests should be awarded a lot more compensation as it’s been a stressful experience and if you have mental illness or health then it should be considered compensation in your policy and up graded accordingly as you can see I have to paint the rest of my ceiling after the repair which will cost money. kind regards lee”
