“Our house is never been fixed Antony Hodan soliceters said they are going to give us money but they didn’t so why should we give you 5 stars and we are overcrowded 9 people in 2 bedrooms this is a disgrace”

“They were very helpful and they kept me informed all the way through the process. They did all the communication with my landlord and sent out their surveyors. They also kept their word of no win no fee. The only downside is that the issue dragged on for a very long long time and I wonder if they could have done more to hold my landlord to account??”
