“Sam and her Manager have been a huge form of support for myself and my Grandma. They have re assured us throughout the whole process and have kept us updated and informed with each stage of the process. We are currently awaiting for the works on our household to be completed. However have been advised it should all be completed in the next few months. We have waited a long time for these changes to be made so thanks a lot Sam for your hard work!”
