“I'm not particularly happy with out come, when I add up the time I took off work for repairs that didn't happen and having to buy new washing machine due to block in pipes I'm out of pocket. Repairs still to be done weeks after claim and have already had three visits from housing association where they repeat taking photos and no work, been 14 months without a safe kitchen floor.”
