“They have helped me so far in getting a promise to repair from my landlord and a small settlement ( not at all worth the 2 almost 3 years i have been waiting for repairs but thats its cool ) The solicitor thats been helping me is very nice and forthcoming, she is always ready to answer a question and she is very informative to the point where sometimes you dint even have to ask a question, However when you call the office the people that answer the phones are very rude and dismissive and they talk over you and you can just hear in their voices they don’t care about you or what you have to say. I record all my calls. Its better to call than to email because i have never got a response to my emails but i do get through with calls.”

They were able to enforce the law that SHP - the housing association had been ignoring and finally got them to take action by sending a pest control service to my flat for a number of visits until the problem was resolved. The staff at Anthony Hodari have been polite and courteous throughout, helpful at every step of the way and each part of the process.
