“Great solicitor’s! I mainly dealt with Joanne and Rebecca, they were efficient and informative and did things as quickly as they possibly could. Landlords slow things down but Antony Hodari got things moving as soon as my landlord started to cooperate. I got a lot of compensation for damp disrepair. The fees for the solicitors were very small considering how much money I received. I would recommend. Thanks for your help.”

“My caseworker was good at communicating and getting back to me. However we were let down by the surveyor sent out - he was uninterested in listening to us and his report dismissed many of the issues raised, to the point where we had to rely on my landlord's survey. Even when we pointed out his report was inaccurate, backing this up with photos and evidence, he refused to consider the points raised. This was very stressful. The Solicitor becoming involved was helpful in that my landlord finally took action and we were moved out to temporary accommodation - but it is clear that they are a no win no fee solicitor with formulas - they don't get involved with the logistics.”
