“sent off for smart watch from Bellap on 12 October 2021 and notified it had been dispatched. Received it next day but on opening it for a birthday present a week later discovered a large scratch down the front of the screen. there was also no charging cable. Sent it back asking for a replacement - still no reply. Appears they only respond if you get a return order no. from them before you sent it off - reckon I can kiss goodbye to it. Paid through Paypal so I might get something back!”

“Ordered a memory foam mattress and received a poor quality spring mattress. Was nothing as described! After going back and forth with the company. Wowcher customer experience did nothing even after I opened up a grievance with them. I kept getting cut off from the online chats as they didn’t want to respond to me. Worst customer experience ever! I wouldn’t buy from them ever again!”

“This company had disgusting customer service . I ordered towels over 7 weeks ago and still haven’t arrived . As I paid via PayPal I tried to claim my money back but PayPal says wowcher state I am paying for a wowcher code only in their terms not goods so therefore they don’t have to refund me . You can only communicate through watsapp app to wowcher and they take over 24 hours to respond to a query and it’s a robot . When they do it’s useless no help . They said 2 weeks ago my goods have been dispatched still no towels in the tracking doesn’t say it’s been dispatched ..I have made it clear I want a refund now not the goods . However they do not listen .”

“Bought an item on 25 October. No mention that the item was to be shipped from China. Here we are nearly 3 weeks later still no item. Shipping tracking suggests the item has made it to the USA. Item was purchased as part of a birthday present, hoping the item may now arrive in time for Christmas as birthday was last weekend. I guess the moral of the story is do not purchase items unless they are advertised as UK stock (unless you are prepared to wait a long time for delivery)”

“So just bought a v-shaped pillow. Advertisment and order page stated £7.99 ..... Paid £9.18 after applying a voucher code and then had to pad the £2.99 postage fee.... So why was my order £1.17 more than stated cost? Can find no mention of additional costs in fine print”

“I was given a delivery date of on or before. The item is still yet to come, the "trusted seller" Renew Electronics are now saying delivery is 7-10 days, which is not what was advertised or advised or I would have looked elsewhere. Despite this the item has still not been sent. I was given a tracking number which states Royal mail are still yet to receive the item, also delivery is £9.99 but they still couldn't deliver it on time? It's been like this for over a week now! I will never use Wowcher again and will avoid Renew Electronics like the plague!”

“I don’t know why this offer is still available as when you try to buy it says it cannot find the offer so you cannot redeem! When you tell Wowcher this, they keep your money & give you credit note! It’s robbery!!”
