“me and my daughter went to park hall spa chorley for an over night stay with spa and meal etc the staff very polite but the building at the rear is awful windows boarded up very run down but we tried to see past this and put it to the back of our mind inside the spa big crack in door window also steam room wasn’t working .we paid an extra £20 each for the hydro pool which was nice .our bedroom was clean but the window ver small no air and all we could see was the back of a building with broken glass .the restaurant service very slow the waiter looked very stressed .frim the front the hotel looked nice abd reception was too but nothing else .very disappointed”

“I haven't used Wowcher for a long time. As I remember the delivery charge, if any was eather included or clearly shown before you purchase the voucher. So I was surprised to see to receive my item i had to pay £10 postage making my £40 saving only £30. Please be upfront and include the postage in the voucher price. Let's hope the Item is as the add says.”

“First purchase from Wowcher and I'm really annoyed that I could've got 10%off my purchase by using a code that was emailed to me from Wowcher which I obviously didn't read until I finished buying the mattress! When money is tight any extra discount would have been really well received.”

“Got same prizes twice on the mystery tech deal i know it is stated in the small print but its a bummer but i did a two star as i could change to some earbuds even tho i own some good ones already.”

“The two things that I got was worth the money and I didn't know that I signed up for the extra so not only did I pay £16.99 I have paid £25 but for what and now it seem like I've also signed for a 3 month prescriptions @ £9.99 so know you have miss lead me in signing up to something I did not want”

“I purchased the Stitch inspired building block kit. RRP £44.99. With the Wowcher voucher £17.99. Sounds like a gr wast saving right? This item is not a genuine Disney item that is RRP £44.99, this can be purchased for around £45 at UK retailers and will be genuine Disney LEGO. This item is “Disnay” not Disney and it is a “Stiteh” model not Stitch! Don’t get me wrong it’s good for money but now when you think your buying a Genuine product for a discounted price, it should be mentioned that this product is a Copy! I have photos but they won’t load”

“Had nails done within 5 days 3 had broke just snapped through the centre line. Had them done for my holiday they broke on my 3rd day id done nothing to make them break was really upset by it happening”

“Was abit confused at the start regarding having to redeem a voucher didn’t understand why I couldn’t just check out then coned into signing up to a cash bound then the thank god I read it as it’s a subscription of 18 per month (don’t want it) only wanted the product I order hence I’ve cancelled it effective immediately wasn’t impressed about it just hope my product comes but iam reluctant to order anything else”

If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I ordered Christmas lights via Wowcher meant to be delivered within 5 days. Ordered 1/12/24 items are being shipped from china . Extra £5.99 charge on top of price! And not expected till 17/12/24 . This is definitely last time I use Wowcher .. nothing they advertised is as it seems .”
