“Bed got delivered, delivery man left and I took the packing off to find a very poor bed and mattress. Bed drawers don’t close or line up. Marks and tear on bed. Mattress not same as photo, make grinding noise with every movement and you can feel the springs. Lumpy wood through out bed so you can see and feel through the bed. Complained to wowcher for a full refund but all they done was sent my complaint to the bed company. Still waiting for a refund. No apology. Could only upload one side of the bed video. Got another video of headboard and other side of the bed.”
