“Sadly, my first attempt was not good, as I bought the wrong Wowcher, which did not cover the location I wanted to visit. I tried to contact Wowcher by WhatsApp to amend, but received no answer. I then had to cash this voucher into my Wowcher wallet for half value and purchase another one. A shame as I have lost quite a lot of money. 🥺”

“Im 67 disable i have paid for 2 beds i paid delivery and not received them The numbers for delivery are not valid and after doing search it says their a scam number. Trying to contact wowcher is impossible I advise everyone not to use wowcher”

“My wife purchased a bed through wowcher, apparently this is order is forwarded to another company by the name JC Beds Ltd, Dewsbury. A delivery day of the 21st of January 2026 was forwarded to us. No bed was delivered, no explanation as to why, no information whatsoever on the product we purchased. No contact details like a phone number that actually works, no one is contactable to discuss our dilemma, from either wowcher or JC Beds Ltd. Extremely disappointed in both wowcher and their suppliers. Wowcher order no: JSCS7Y-FV4PSG. JC Beds reference number in relation to this order, 51008620. If wowcher or JC Beds Ltd actually read this review we would love to hear from you.”
