“One of your merchants sent out the wrong sized item and when I returned it the post office sent it to the wrong address by accident, Wowcher were very quick in solving this and creating a credit, excellent customer service.”

“Payed and ordered 2 tocucan security cameras, did not recieve any info after order was placed, turns out info went to another site,? wowcher told me my voucher had expired, total loss of £100, im 73 and found this very hard, wowcher crape, british company?, I am now telling all not to buy of use this company, managed to tell a lot of buyers, will carry on informing future buyers, DO NOT BUY OFF WOWCHER,”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “I ordered a bed and mattress from Wowcher,never again. The money was taken from my account immediately 233 pounds on the 27th June 26. There were no confirmation e.mail from Cloud 9nyc,in fact no correspondence. I cancelled 12 hours later due to horrendous reviews. So far no further forward with Wowcher or Cloud 9nyc,9 days later. Being totally ignored,avoid these companies at all costs,all the makings of a scam. Next step is legal action,with more bad publicity.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.
