“So I purchased a personalised blanket but to personalise It you have to be a genius WOWCHER are far to quick to take you money Their is no customer service,Only virtual and the same question is asked over and over again I would advise anybody who is thinking of purchasing anything to stay well clear it would only leave you with frustration 🤬 and less money in your account”

“Hotel striped pillows were rubbish. After only a couple of weeks use the filling had separated where our heads laid and were lying on the empty middle with filling bulging either end. The filling was so padded together it was hard to separate and could not plump the pillows back to shape. If I had bought from a shop I would have taken them back. Very disappointed.”

“I paid for a mystery box and the delivery was supposed to be delivered 20th October and I'm still waiting the same thing happened to me with livingsocial they scamed me out of 45 euros I'm never shopping with any of ye again and I wouldn't recommend ye to anybody stay clear of Wowcher and livingsocial in fuming I don't have money to give away and get nothing in return”

“I purchased a voucher for a 2 nights package for 2, from Wowcher on 28th October. The date of stay was 19-21st November and to date I have not received a confirmation of my stay and it was this weekend. I contacted Wowcher by WhatsApp and been advised by 4 members of staff to contact the merchant. I’ve tried this and OMG hotels haven’t replied or sent a confirmation. I contacted Wowcher for the 5th time today and they keep telling me they will escalate this. I can’t get through to Wowcher by phone or the merchant OMG hotels either. The staff have been terrible and I really don’t ever recommend booking anything where the merchant is OMG hotels. I’m still fighting for my refund.”

“Nail art for kids set is not worth the advertised £8.99 with massive savings of £31.00 !! The set is only worth £4.00 if that. Very disappointed with the quality and it would cost me another £3.99 to send it back 😢 Once bitten ,never again”

“The customer service is a joke. I'm waiting for an item to be delivered for over a month now and nobody helps me. You can't call them, you can o ly message them on WhatsApp and the agents always cut the conversion short with some nonsense.”

“I am looking at the mystery electronics deal. On the summary it says apple iPhone 13 & Samsung 65 inch TV, but when looking at the detail of items they are not listed! False advertising. Items for £20 or £20 also virtually the same.”

“Still waiting for my £10 mystery parcel. Paid for in August and it’s the middle of November. Wowcher serious do not give a damn. The company they quote it’s provided by say it’s not them and state to go back to Wowcher. Will see if received by January then rightly report to trading standards and all the media warning complaint streams. If you can’t afford to waste £10 or £20 pounds don’t buy this product. Or what I currently would call a scam!”
