Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Too complicated to redeem vouchers I’ve bought two things and you’re only sending me the voucher for one. I should be getting a voucher for EuroMillions for tonight. I feel like it is a bit of a con as I haven’t received the other so I spent £20 unnecessarily”

“Have only just placed order and was disappointed that after purchasing item for 59.99 when you redeem the voucher I had to pay 19.99 for delivery so the item wasn't such a bargain after all. £20 for a delivery is a complete rip off. I would t have ordered had I known but by the time you arrange delivery you have already purchased the item. Hopefully I will be pleased with the item when it arrives,”

“Redeeming the voucher was painful. Says you can redeem via email but have to do it via the app. When you click on the link to redeem you lose access to the voucher code! Then checkout at Softkeycart failed with an SQL error so had to register with Softkeycart, login and then go through checkout again. Kaspersky activated, but instead of 1 device for 3 years it was 3 devices for 1060 days (instead of 1095).”
