“Postage wasn’t visible on product page when i checked out it appeared to be free it wasn’t untill I redeemed it wanted another £3.99!”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I had problems in making my order ! My bank verified the amount, but when I tried to confirm it on my order, it said there was a problem ! I tried again with a different bank account, and again the bank verified it, but when I tried to confirm my order, it didn't accept it and said that there was a problem. My order only went through on my 5th attempt (obviously the problem was at your end) ! Also the cost did not show the 15% discount, which Wowcher asked me to claim with Code - APP15. All of this caused much frustration !”

“So, I'm not sure about this voucher. I've redeemed the voucher, but I haven't received any confirmation regarding my order. Also, I found it strange to be able to pay for the voucher without asking me forst for any personal details or even my email address.”

“The offer is an excellent one, but the terms and conditions were not clear before placing the order... So I bought the voucher for Valentines only to discover we cannot use it on Valentines or the day before!”

“I am not able to print this voucher I have tried everything even went to my local library for help to print as it’s young staff none of them could do it either I need the print out to take with me so what am I to do why can this not be more simple”

“The item wasn’t in stock. I got a refund but it wasn’t the full amount that I had paid. And the item was still listed as in stock on the website. I sent an enquiry and was given €15 credit. This never appeared on my account. The item is still listed as in stock now. I’ve used the credit (not including the €15 as it never appeared) towards another Wowcher. I will see how things are if and when that product appears.”

“Website is outdated needs improving, also would be better for the customer to be able to pick and choose the hotel they want (when there's a choice of hotels) or flights they want end-to-end rahter that pick it up with a third party”
