“The most horrendous customer service I’ve ever experienced. False advertising of items; they don’t check sellers they use. Ordered Halloween costumes with a stated delivery date. Items arrived 17 days after the stated delivery date (not expected, stated), and 31 days after ordering. Appalling. Needless to say it was well after Halloween. Company based in China and didn’t even post until after Halloween! They knew exactly what they were doing and it was misleading and false advertisement. Breaking consumer rights act law. I’ve now requested to return the items for a refund as we don’t need them and they are ignoring me. Wowcher don’t care. Honestly, to anyone reading this, save your time, money and energy and never shop through wowcher! use Groupon instead!”

“Takes payment but doesn't deliver to my address but can't speak to anyone about getting a refund. They quick to take the money off me but not able to speak to someone about getting the money refunded. 🤒”

“I ordered the Xmas tree advent calendar last year it didn’t state plated and all bits came with a hallmarks on the jewlery and wasn’t untill it all started turning my daughters fingers wrist and neck green I realised it was all plated I messaged Wowcher but was nothing they could do it’s a waste of £20 to be honest”

“COULD NOT REDEEM MY VOUCHERS AS TECHNICAL FAULT! LIVE CHAT USELESS!! WHATS APP NO REPLY AT ALL!! FINAL POINT IS EMAIL AS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT BUT STILL AWAITING A REPLY. “Complete thieves. Ordered items from them but never received them. Their customer services are automated so you get repeatedly hung up on when you try to reach them. All they say is we are just a voucher company - contact the vender. No responsibility and no concept of accountability or customer service.”

“I agree when everything goes well there are good buys , but , The Wowcher code I received was not recognised when link was followed . I reported via WhatsApp messenger as there appears to no other way of contact (poor) on the 4th Nov advised to wait 24/48hrs and try again . Have tried again to no avail . Contacted Wowcher , yet again and been offered same advice ! 24/48hours . Extremely poor customer service .”

“I need your instruction how to return my Acer laptop that was delivered yesterday. It is clear that this is a conning act by the seller as the laptop is out of date to receive any updates in other words it cannot be used. So I need to be refunded as soon as possible. I cannot call you or please send me a phone number to call you on or send me the instructions how to return it.”

“I am still waiting for products, delivery date on or before November the 1st, have sent lots of WhatsApp messages to you, some answered some are not, no update on orders which cost £122.00 and 2 separate payments of £9.99 for delivery, I would appreciate someone chasing my order or giving a refund please.”

“This is truly an appalling company. I purchased a meal for 4 at the Southside Ashoka restaurant. When I was trying to book a date and time for the meal the message come up on the screen that the deal had been redeemed. I then wrote to their customer service and received a big standard email which bore no relevance to my complaint. I then tried their WhatsApp link was told I was in a queue, 4 hours later I received a reply. Currently still locked in dispute with no sign of resolution. If you are thinking of using this company my advice to you is DON’T.”
