“Postage costs should be shown with the price of the item - my item appeared a good deal + I wasn't aware of postage costs until it was too late. Customer service was appalling - the online chat left me waiting for over half an hour waiting for someone to contact me regarding a refund - there are no clear instructions on what to do if something goes wrong - I ended up with little option but to proceed + pay for the item, which I could have bought cheaper elsewhere, because I couldn't wait any longer for your agent to contact me. Overall a very stressful experience which I shall not be repeating.”

“Ordered Oversized Blanket Hoodie (Merchant Hunndo-P) I redeemed my voucher with the 'merchant' on 18/10/21 and paid £4.99 for delivery. The estimated delivery was for 27/10/21 I attempted to contact the merchant but they're site advises I needed to contact WOWCHER. I contact wowcher on 28/10/21 as my delivery hadn't arrived via whatsapp so they emailed the Merchant on my behalf. I received an email from the merchant advised my package has now been processed yesterday 03/11/21 and is now due 8/11/21 AKA the merchant didn't process my order on 18/10/21 and only processed it yesterday due to Steve at wowcher sending them email on the 28/10/21 The gift was for my daughter, her birthday as been and gone and I'm down £19.99 + £4.99 postage waited over a month for this item. Spoke to WOWCHER again today and they have to send another email to the merchant which again will take 48/72 hours for response. All I want is a refund!!!!!!”

“Absolute non existent customer service. I am still in a queue on WhatsApp from yesterday and noone answers. I want a refund and I can only request it on WhatsApp. You have to be joking. They do not reply. There is no choice to phone or email. It is all online. I know this because the message on the telephone states it.”

“Please avoid this company at all costs, I purchased a Halloween mask which said delivery on or before the 19th October, Ive messaged them 15 times since the 20th and have just got fobbed off! They have just said email the merchant who says it been sent. What use is a Halloween mask that arrives in November. Still no refund and wasted a lot of time dealing with them. An absolute rip off merchant who just fobs you off.”

“Brought the grey single divan bed with 2 draws for just over £200 inc delivery it advises that i had saved over £590 i was sure this would be really well made. Due to the saving. So disappointed. Cheap hardboard with hundreds of cheap staples. Really unsafe. So sharp. The draws will not be usable as they are made from cheap thin hardboard. Would not hold bedding. No real weight to mattress. This is not a memory Foam mattress. It proves you pay for what you get. Don't be. Fooled into the savings made. Its not true. This bed is not as advised. This should be looked into. Really dissapointed. Really cheap.”
