Ordered a voucher for priority lounge and tried numerous times and server can’t be found!!! Third bad experience with Wowcher in last month , I feel it is not worth looking at anymore

Absolute nonsense Absolute nonsense! Purchased tickets early Friday Morning for an event on Saturday daytime. As the email came through to redeem- the link doesn’t work. Literally tried 50’times. Sent a WhatsApp, FB messenger and Instagram DM & received the worst customer service. Apparently some team is “working on it”. This happened all day Friday into Satirday. Now my event actually started 90 minutes ago and instead of immediately issuing a refund for their system failures - the most recent WhatsApp mentioned the team is “still working on it”. And to add insult to injury, the message included : please not Saturday & Sunday are not working days. What an absolute joke. Refund please!

Please be careful when buying a mystery prize as I paid £19.99 and got the cheap jewellery I sent it back.in there T&C it says I can get a refund if I send it back unopened within 25 days which I did. The merchant Gamechanger are refusing to refund so please be careful when buying

I am genuinely shocked at the standard of the Wowcher Christmas Advent Calendar Mystery Deal. The description was completely misleading and the reality is shameful. The contents are not even worth a penny – cheap, poor-quality items that feel like leftover stock nobody would ever actually buy. There is nothing festive, magical or remotely Christmassy about it. This deal is a disgrace and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit people’s excitement around Christmas. I would strongly warn anyone considering it to avoid at all costs. Wowcher should be embarrassed to put their name to something so substandard.

It's a scam and dangerous.Please don't buy anything from Wowcher or you will lose all your money like me I bought a Acer tablet and I did not get confirmation email but my bank statement was showing money has been paid.I contacted Wowcher and they told me someone will it touch within 24 hours.After 24 hours nothing happened and I'm still waiting.

Hi sales I am disappointed with product as it’s incomplete- the 8 wheels/ stand are not included. This means I can not assemble the bed. Secondly there was one delivery man so I had to help him to bring the bed and mattress to the door steep and in the process left the mattress nearly drop mattress down the stairs.

Never have I had such a bad experience getting a refund I ordered a smart watch that was then not fit for purpose so they never sent it Said I would be refunded Then sent watch I returned watch and for six weeks have only been able to deal with a keyboard rep I am trying hard to fight them for my money Stay well clear

Recently purchased a spa day from Wowcher, I didn't redeem my voucher. Now I've asked for a refund, Wowcher are constantly fobbing me off. Customer service is disgusting, il never buy from Wowcher again. Try to claim a refund and they don't want to know, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid Wowcher and The Travel Crew at All Costs We booked what was advertised as a named 4-star hotel holiday to Crete via Wowcher, only to find out later that the holiday package they sold us simply didn’t exist. Despite taking our money, the hotel we were supposedly booked into was “no longer available” – yet months later, the exact same deal is still listed as “available” on Wowcher’s website. This suggests either a complete lack of oversight or deliberate false advertising. Instead of taking responsibility, Wowcher simply pushed us onto The Travel Crew, claiming our voucher had been redeemed. The Travel Crew, in turn, blamed Wowcher and refused to offer a proper resolution. This back-and-forth has gone on for weeks, with both companies passing the buck and neither accepting accountability. What was offered as an alternative was insulting – a downgrade to a subpar 3-star hotel with terrible TripAdvisor reviews. Suspiciously, two different agents offered us the exact same lesser hotel, suggesting this might have been the real "deal" all along. On top of this, they attempted to charge us extra for “better” flights, clearly trying to squeeze more money from us after failing to deliver the original package. The entire process has been a nightmare. Repeated attempts to get help from Wowcher have been met with silence, dismissive replies, or redirection back to The Travel Crew. It's a constant loop with no resolution in sight. Meanwhile, they still have our money and we have no holiday. Wowcher must take responsibility for the merchants they promote and the vouchers they sell. By continuing to advertise this deal, despite the complaints and false promises, they are complicit in misleading consumers. This experience has made it clear that both Wowcher and The Travel Crew are untrustworthy, disorganized, and only interested in taking your money. What should have been a simple last-minute summer getaway has turned into weeks of stress, frustration, and no refund.

ITEM NEVER ARRIVED AND REFUSING TO REFUND - AVOID BOTH WOWCHER AND EMMA. Ordered an Emma mattress via a Wowcher voucher. Item didn’t arrive on the stated date and over the three weeks since then I’ve e-mailed both Wowcher and their merchant Emma numerous times asking where the mattress is, only to be played between the two of them saying there’s a technical issue / they can’t locate my order / they’re looking into it. No updates from either, other than standard holding e-mails whenever I e-mailed them. I have now disputed the transaction through my bank and received a refund from the bank, who will work to recover the money from Wowcher / Emma. AVOID - it’s really not worth the hassle.

Terrible experience – avoid! My order (#50017509) was lost in shipping and cancelled, yet I have still not received a proper refund for either the item or the shipping. The seller says refunds are handled by Wowcher, while Wowcher has not returned my money. Poor communication and no accountability from either party. I will not be using them again.

Terrible experience. Looks like restaurant booked is no longer trading but not able to contact 5pm to clarify/confirm. No number to phone or email to contact you. Now needs more of my time to investigate.

1★ – Avoid Wowcher Bought a palm tree that arrived dead — refund took 2 months and was split into PayPal + short-expiry credit. Also lost vouchers that expired with no reminder. Poor service, unfair refund practices.

Sharing so others don't make the same mistake. Avoid wowcher. I booked 2 wowchers for a 2nt break on the 26th July to leave on the 12th August. Contacted travelmakers the 3rd party to book. Was offered a flight from London with a stop in frankfurt (4hours) to a country that is 2 hours away. I refused. A lot of back and forth with travelmakers. As the 12th was approaching and there was no flight or hotel confirmation. *t&c said 48 hour confirmation, I asked to just get a refund which I was told I had to wait for them to present all avaliable options. They didn't. Never got a holiday nor refund. Wowcher did not help and instead put me in touch with the travelmakers who clearly were never going to honour the booking. Shame on you wowcher. Customer service: not good Delivery: never got my holiday Returns and refunds: please see pictures.

Ordered a bed & mattress via Wowcher from cloud9YN. The bed was described as luxurious and elegant. The bed arrived but very cheaply made with poor quality mattress. Contacted Wowcher who said to contact cloud9YN. This I did and was just fobbed off by them saying bed as described. Which it definitely is not. I would like a full refund a d bed collected at your cost. AVOID these two companies as they don't care about the consumer or the consumer rights. Not able to upload photos as proof for some reason.
