“Terrible service, first I was unable to redeem my voucher as my postcode was recognised, then ‘one years VIP service’ was automatically added to my basket, then I was charged twice for two items from the same merchant. Unable to speak to a human for 24hrs from customer service then through the What’s app customer service they didn’t answer my question then ignored me. Will never use again!”

“AVOID - Total rubbish, advertise hotels with wholly incorrect info, then when you try to book they don't provide what's advertised or have the dates either. Customer service is by What's App! You wait ages for a human to deal with it, they go through the process of trying to get you to have a credit, then when you refuse they've gone before you've finished (in less then 2 minutes, after keeping me waiting 20!), the refund doesn't include the fees even though they've mis sold the hotel.”

“I ordered a size 16-18 they sent a size S and said it is correct it’s the wrong size and then asked me to pay for the return of a product which is clearly the wrong size sent from China so not sure what sizing they use impossible to get anywhere with wowcher to complain you just go around in circles with their automated whatup chat very bad experience will not purchase anything from them again as it’s impossible to get anyone when you have a problemNEVER AGAIN 😡😡😡😡”

“I was very disappointed with the product I received. It was the “large” bouncy ball game supposed to have been £49.99 and wowcher cost £11.99. Most definitely disappointed with size and quality and would never expect it to be valued at £49.99”
