“39323323 I have been charged twice for u bat stools. This voucher that I purchased first did not work so I purchased another set of vouchers for 6 bar stools and received the stools on a timely manner. I am now struggling to get a refund or even a credit to my account, for the voucher that did not work. I've contacted customer service and I have used what's app and resolve and keep being sent a generated email that does not help me in this matter.”

“I bought £108.81 worth of goods , after much hassle explaining the because I bought over the internet I have 25 days to cancel. This hullabaloo for a complete refund has gone on now for 14 day’s. I received an email earlier today to say I’ve been refunded £92.91, which is a deficit of £15.30. I haven’t received any orders to send back, instead I’ve received a refund after 14 days of emails & fighting of £92.91. Where is my other £15.30? I should be receiving compensation, not having money taken of me for complaining. Whatever you do, even if you think it’s a bargain don’t use Wowcher, you’ll have a sore head and a phone full of emails trying to get your money back. I still haven’t received the full amount and will be taking it further to Financial Conduct Authority, perhaps these people will get my £15.30, but whatever you do, however much is seems cheaper than other shops, don’t make the mistake I did buy from a reputable company, pay a bit more, but at least have peace of mind you’ll either get your items or a full refund. DONT USE WOWCHER”

“I purchased this Could only giv this a star for delivery mattress is so bad that you can feel springs through it I think they forgot to fill the pockets and filled there's instead. Worst mattress ever buyer beware ul have many sleepless nights over this.”

“Bought a DNA testing kit. The site for the company was so slow and I had a problem with it not accepting my telephone number. The company had to do the sale manuall. They said they had problems with previously. Not good.”

“Ordered 3 sets of the squid game costumes on the 15th October with the estimated delivery date being 21st October. I paid separate delivery for all 3 items and It is now 27th October, 3 days before Halloween and I am still left with no costume, no response and no responsibility from both company Wowcher and Obero International Limited. This service is appalling!”

“It certainly is not worth buying. My carpets are reasonably deep pile but not overly so, this cleaner would not work at all on them. I tried it on my tiled floors but no good there other. Would not recommend.”

“I ordered a garden sofa for £650 and it was due to be delivered on or before the 21st September… it never arrived. I have been messaging wowcher on WhatsApp and messenger since the 7th October. A different person responds to my messages each time telling me that they will contact the merchant and contact me in 72 hours. They never get back to me so I contact them again and get the same message over and over! I am at a loss of what to do next. Never buy from a company who you cannot speak to … it’s a complete shambles!”

“Please can everyone look at other reviews when ordering from this sham of a company . I purchased a wood bed from buyers empire over three weeks ago , they delivered the wrong bed a metal one instead of wood the chap was like grease lightning when he delivered and went off before I could read the book , as soon as I noticed I contacted the buyer to have numerous emails back and forward asking for different details eventually when they ran out of things to ask they asked if I could keep the bed when I refused as wanted a wood one they just ceased responding so I then contacted wowcher by email / watsapp and Twitter , can I just say watsapp will drain the life from you so be prepared for a very long drawn out battle , again wowcher asks for various information again over numerous watsapp then after telling me I need to wait 72jours from when they contact the company to get told now I have to give them another 48 hours I then get told I have to return the wrongly delivered item back myself (this is not a hat a glove set but a double bed ) in 30 years of retail I have never expected a customer to pay for a wrongly delivered item .. I am at the point of taking out a small claims Order against wowcher and would tell everyone NOT to invest in this company or groupon or home living that they are associated with as they drain the life from you and rob you blind”
