“Purchased something yesterday advertised as a Halloween costume, but not arriving until 2 November. Have spent most of yesterday afternoon and today trying to get my money back. Offered a credit note, no thanks for an item that you can’t deliver until after the event and the code has not been redeemed. First and last time I use Wowcher.”

“I have paid for goods when I ordered them it’s a massage mat didn’t think about redeeming side gave all my details to await delivery it was 4thOCTOBER AND YHEM THIS MORNING I FIND ANOTHER &£42 was taken from my bank for same massage mat that I first order would like to know how that has happened and when I’ll get may delivered and refund off second transaction taken this morning without my approval I await your reply Regards MOIRA MEIKLE”

“Non existent customer service. I bought a gaming chair for my son. When I went to redeem the voucher it didn’t recognise my postcode. I know it is not Hackney, but Devon is still an UK postcode. Unable to phone, email or speak yo a representative. I am still holding on, waiting on WhatsApp for one of the representatives to answer me. It has only been 5 hours! What scammers!”

“CEO Roland Bryan and his team are selling goods which are out of stock then refunding as credit. Criminals! Fake advertising. Giving a selection delivery dates at great costs which mean nothing. I've spoken to the supplier they know nothing the delivery timescale promised, when premium prices are paid. Wowcher keep these delivery costs. Having to fight for week to get a refund. These kind of site are hoping people won't bother to fight for their consumer rights. Someone could be an elderly or vulnerable people spending their last pounds on something they really need.”

“If I could give nothing I would. I have used wowcher o. The past so whe. I contacted wowcher via WhatsApp as needed some information on a product instead of them saying they didn’t know about the item (I was informed the item was 5 foot actual size 10 inches !! they gave me completely inaccurate information resulting in me Buying the product and paying postage. I have since tried to contact them and they do not respond or take any responsibility I will never ever use wowcher again”
