Everything . Rip off . False advertising . Please please dont fall for the glossy pictures. You will never ever get anywhere when you have a problem. Just automated replies! There is a petition to try and get them shut doen and numerous facebook groups with horrendous stories!!

I had a similar experience to people on all the other review sites. I placed an order, money was taken, clicked where needed and item did not arrive. Now I am told that I did not redeem the voucher, and I have apparently just given then my money for nothing! Thats the end of it from them on the Wattsapp which is the only way to contact them.

Shocking customer service. Only way to communicate is via WhatsApp. They dont want engage and only answer once a day! 14 day no quibble money back is definitely not true!

Just a joke of customer services. Trying to have money refunded to me. Absolute nightmare of a journey. Only contact is through whatsapp and is a complete waste of time as they only give one sentence answers then your cut off before answering them. Then you have to wait approx 20hrs for them to return with another unhelpful answer before disappearing for another 20hrs and it goes on and on and still no outcome as to getting my refund. I will not give up wowcher, you have my money and I want it back. 🤬🤬

Rubbish absolute waste of time was charged for a years v.i.p experience not even asked for it and not refunded the whole thing is poor.

They scam you. Then spam you. I have been recieveing a minimum of 5 emails per day from this dodgy company about special 'deals'. With a quick look in my email inbox, I was shocked to learn that on one day I was emailed 9 separate times! Yet, I never did hear back from their one and only preferred customer communication (whatsapp) and have not received a refund for a faulty product successfully returned 45 days ago with proof of return reciept. I have spent so much time emailing, messaging and waiting. I tried a chargeback with my bank but because wowcher operate as middle-men on behalf of companies more dodgier than them, it could not be done. However, my bank did tell me I could report these cowboys to Trading Standards. You have been warned.

Feel completely ripped off. Ordered fruit trees from Wowcher expecting them to be delivered. Two weeks have gone by, chased up delivery on my account only to find out I should have redeemed a voucher (which I can’t find in my emails!) which has now expired…even though I only ordered them on 23 April. As it’s expired no refund is payable. It’s taken 33 hours to get a response from customer services vi WhatsApp which looks as though it’s a cut and paste from the T&Cs and didn’t answer my query. Sent a response back immediately but still waiting for a response. Read the small print very carefully!! I will never use again and would not recommend this company to anybody!

An unknown Wowcher payment was taken from my bank account. There is no way to speak to anyone and everything is conducted via what’s app messages. Three days of messages going backwards and forwards got me nowhere. Requested a phone call or phone number and this was ignored. Wowcher kept sending same reply that there was no purchase showing on my account. I explained countless times that was because I had not made a purchase but my bank account had a Wowcher debit. There seems to be no way that my account shows which card I used for previous purchases and no way to remove a card from my account. Wowcher ignored my requests for information on how to access these details.

Product looks good. I didn't realise I was signing up to some subscription to wowcher which I didn't want and will cancel. I won't be ordering again

Review of Wowcher association and offering Weekender Breaks Company Weekender Breaks Wife bought wowcher deal. Advertised surprise draw and destination would be advised once prize drawn. Wife was called to advise would be Venice, requested dates given for Sept and Oct were provided by us…Only able to offer us then Venice, we were told, as long as we depart in two weeks and pay for an extra day. They have sought to offer us now alternatives but some with an extra day we must pay. They have refused our request for a refund. As they have not provided clearly goods bought in good faith, and as per prize we were picked for (mmm!) we are contacting trading standards, and taking legal advice. This company has treated us leaving us with no alternative to be left feeling it lacks authenticity, it lacks integrity, it lacks honesty and decency ….serious concerns - please be warned this company is engaged in very concerning practices which need to be addressed by authorities accordingly , and as long as I am aggrieved, case will be pursued. Riya Jya has failed to correct this. As a result daily updates with ratings on Weekender progress of my case will be provided. 3rd parties will add their views on this case on a daily basis. Wowcher will likewise be rated. Daily. Associated companies involved with Weekender Breaks and Wowcher will be researched and rated with respect to their association with a company engaged in what we have been left feeling as unethical practices. I suspect the company will seek to publically pretend they intend to address these concerns but suspect the tactic will be then to ignore raised concerns and request for refund as before

This review is from someone who used to use wowcher alot and had great experiences. Also from someone that works in the travel and customer care and complaint industry. Unfortunately, I would have to advise no one to ever book Wowchers for city trips that are associated with Prime Holidays /PTC Travel and ALWAYS PAY WITH KLARNA/PAYPAL TO PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!!!! First and most important point - anything you are interested in, when an email from wowcher comes up make sure you read it within seconds of arrival ( put them in your VIP or flag as important contacts) the term and condition they always use about once the wowcher is redeemed you cant get a refund can be dangerous for those who may just have bought a wowcher and are in still 2 minds of actually redeeming it lets say because you dont want to miss out on the discounts but the trip is very far in advance. I mention this because wowcher put in small print on an email for my trip to Amsterdam that they will redeem it ON MY BEHALF once you purchase these vouchers even though i have email evidence i had until the 2nd feb 2023 to redeem the voucher!!. I didnt even get a full 24 hours before i was then inundated with redeem confirmation emails and booking confirmations, baring in mind i bought this wowcher on 29th November 2022 and the trip was the cheapest for september 2023!!! if youre quick and lucky (unlike me) you can cancel it. That wasnt my luck sadly. They gave me the wrong contact information for the holiday provider which caused me to go into a panic. Their twitter/facebook customer service alternatives are sub standard and very dismissive because they just repeat what they are saved by in terms of no refunds once redeemed, which covers them by wording even though you as the buyer did not press redeem yourself. I sent screenshots, email evidence, challenged them on the fact that I cannot be bound in a contract if I myself as the consumer did not get the correct information or redeem this myself. If it wasnt for me telling them i have reported it to klarna to not get their money MIRACULOUSLY an actual human being wanted to talk and support me. Stupidly I cancelled the Klarna report because finally got given the correct travel company and thought I was in safe hands but my experience getting any of my flight and hotel information in writing from Prime/PTC has been like trying to get blood from a stone. Everything has to be you calling them as they dont get back to you as promised. You have to call and chase and they keep changing the customer service person name and you speak to the same person ont he phone. And looking at other Trust Pilot reviews of this travel company its a typical method that you are booked on a awful flight which cuts your holiday in half and then youre made to pay an extra amount to make adjustments so looking forward to that as I have already been given the story that the dates ive chosen are very expensive (30pp each way as ive checked on sky scanner). They also say the t&cs are linked to what wowcher have mentioned yet wowcher pass you back to the supplier. Once again an example that they tie you in red tape and noone gives you the information and evidence so you can check and complain. ive been robbed of ÂŁ138 and have extra fees to pay cos all the actual details have not been given to me, for a trip that wowcher auto redeemed for me (if there is t&cs where i relinquish my free will on redeeming wowchers I would love to see this where ive signed and accepted cos i have spent 2 hours looking on the website for this under their privacy policy). Essentially it means once you pay for a voucher you arent garunteed a refund because wowcher could choose to redeem it if they pop it in an email. They refused to give me any substantial support and just gave me canned responses on social media which are not sufficient platforms to do support considering they are a multi deal company going on for years and have thousands of customers. Maybe consider using Salesforce? Also, if they are happy to promote and affiliate as an agent for a travel company like Prime Holidays it just shows you the type of company that cares about profits and commission than quality of product and customer trust. I have already gathered my screenshots and evidence for an advertising standards case but its a shame because in the past with products or experience at wowcher have been fine. Just your customer service and dodgy t&cs dont protect customers with something as volatile like a holiday or oversees trip. Also for others that give up because they cant be bothered with the hassle this is how companies get away with bad behaviour. I doubt Wowcher will give a decent reply probably but I plan to share this to hopefully stop others being trapped like I am. I would just love a refund because this was a xmas gift. Wowcher had no right to redeem on my behalf without written consent so they will keep getting reviews until I see i have agreed that!

No sign of my purchase or any.prediction of delivery date 1 also seem to have signed up for some offer costing ÂŁ4.50 No idea how I managed to do that or what is involved. Confused!!!

Purchased an electric patio heater from wowcher. Still hasn't arrived and no offer of refund. Suspect wowcher pass to 3rd party for supply and clearly the company 'Direct to Publik are unable to supply. Suspect this is more the fault of the 3rd party but wowcher should not use untrustworthy suppliers. Unfortunately, I am a cancer sufferer, virtually housebound, so dependent on Internet to purchase presents. No sign of goods or refund. Would like to warn others that goods purchased aren't necessarily received.
