My wife placed an order 21/03/23 we have been trying to get hold of Wowcher for a delivery date owing to a family problem but NO CONTACT NUMBER to leave the package with neighbours when my wife finally got to Wowcher they told her that she didn't pay for delivery this was 22/03 now we will have to go elsewhere to get a laptop as I needed to have it by tomorrow so I can go to a conference Wednesday reply ASAP to Mrs D Coe

Just used wowcher for the first time. Disappointed to see I've been charged 5.99 for something I have no clue about, plus bought voucher and got stung for 6.99 delivery. Won't be using again unless hastily resolved. Shame as products look lovely

Massive RIP-OFF! Had vouchers to the value of £80 - ordered one sample to check it was ok. By the time I got the product... which was cheap and poor quality, the rest of the vouchers had apparently expired. No refunds, No credit - Totally fleeced of the remaining £70. It is not simple to purchase. It is not easy to decipher - and the instructions are not clear despite what other 'reviews' say. What is clear is that they are only interested in robbing you of your cash and don't care once they have it. Avoid - or it'll cost you more than you 'bargained' for. Disgraceful

If I could give less stars I would. This company use to be quite good years ago well this isn’t the case anymore. The whole team are highly incompetent, there’s no phone number to contact and speak to anyone anymore it all has to be done on WhatsApp, which is an invasion of privacy. The customer service is shockingly appalling. Me and my partner purchased a holiday package to Rhodes for 3nights, as you would imagine we were really looking forward to it as it was within our budget with everything that’s going on at the moment it was quite hard to save for a holiday. We did everything by instruction accordingly. After 3 days we were contacted by Travelolo the booking merchants, the sales person I spoke to named Sean had terrible customer service skills, he was quite abrupt and lacked patience, we were informed of the flight times, instead of advising the times and seeing if they were convenient, we were abruptly told these are your package flight times as if we knew the flight times, flight times were not included on the booking page. The flight time was 7.30pm resulting in us getting to Rhodes at 1.30am and that’s just the airport! The return time was at 05.20am so we would pretty much only have 1 day. What is the point of that. We were not happy with the times so requested different flight times which we were told is not possible that has to be the time of the flight so we asked how much extra would it be for different flight times. To travel in the afternoon (which was the only option) at 1pm would cost an additional £169 per person so £250pp now would be £419. We could not afford that so we couldn’t take that option. We then had to go back to wowcher as this was false advertisement, to get to a country the next day early hours in the morning is not what we signed up for we should get to the country on the dates selected. Wowcher acknowledged this and requested for a refund as they agreed this is false advertisement. Well the drama continued from there! We were told we would have a response within 3 days…..we didn’t! Everytime we messaged we got the automated response we aim to deal with your query in 48hours. Well 48hours turned into 5 weeks! Wowcher ignored our messages refused to respond or provide the refund. We then had to go through Klarna and our banks to get the money back. Please avoid wowcher they have truly disappointed us, if you acknowledge an issue it should be resolved and dealt with in a timely manner. After they got the notification from our bank they chose to respond. They informed the credit would go back onto our wowcher plus £50 compensation, we declined this as the whole experience was so stressful and not worth the hassle we would not book another holiday we wanted a refund. They had to accept as the bank put in a claim to retrieve the money because of this we didn’t get a penny compensation and just our refund. We will never ever purchase a single thing from wowcher again as the customer service has been appalling! Poor service has caused you to lose two customers if this continues how many more customers will you lose???

My experience with wowcher is terrible!!! They wont stop sending me emails and it is getting on my nerves! IF YOU SEND ME ONE MORE EMAIL I WILL SUE YOUR COMPANY COMPLETELY!!!! Thanks Barry

I paid for a service and unfortunately it fell through because of the unfavourable timing. Got a voucher to claim some part of the initial deposit made with an expiry date on it. Unfortunately I lost my phone and access to my email and missed the opportunity to redeem my voucher. Contacted customer care which got back to me after almost 72hrs and said I couldn’t get a refund because of the policy even after explaining my situation. I am upset because I work very very hard for every Penny I make and find it UNJUST for Wowcher to claim no refunds as per policy even after giving me a voucher less than my initial deposit. Advice to others!!! GO TO THE VENDOR DIRECTLY AND BUY THE SERVICE, WOWCHER IS A JOKE and would take from you even on your sick bed.

We booked a holiday deal woth wowcher then the holiday company said the hotels offered weren't available even though wowcher let us pick the dates and tried to fob us off with horrendous hotels or charge us an extra 600 pound for the original hotel plus we had to lose breakfast in the deal. The holiday company and wowcher are ignoring us and the holiday company fob us off when we ask to speak to a manager so we have no holiday over a month after booking and no offer of a refund from wowcher

Told I had a temporary ban after I'd spent £5 for 20 prize draw tickets! I sent a message on WhatsApp asking about this, to be messaged,saying someone would response in 24 hours. Nothing! 32 hours later, I still have no reply, and I'm still banned! 😡

Purchased a deal for a Photoshop License, and when I tried to redeem, merchant has failed to acknowledge or send the License. Wowcher have stalled me for 2 weeks, finally offering a Wowcher Credit so I can "buy another of their deals". IF i had wanted another of their deals, I would not have purchased this one. I Hvae no intention of spending £58.99 on something I would not otherwise buy - supposing I even got the item this time, just so wowcher can get off with advertising deals they can not provide.

Do not trust them...I had an order refunded by them...and now I cannot use money in my wocher wallet...it's a scam cause after 3 months they get to take your money if you have not redeemed it ....I can see my money but cannot use it...bloody joke Date of experience: 08 March 2023

I ordered an item using vouchers.The item arrived late and was entirely different from the item I have ordered. After emailing the supplying company I received an email from Wowcher advising that my account had been credited with the value of the vouchers. I do not want credit. I never received my order and I want a full refund with shipping costs, which I am entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Do not use them . I am still trying to get my money back. Email has proved useless so I have written to the MD.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered, (and paid for) 2 items on 17th November last year. Only 1 item was delivered. I contacted their customer service, which was automated several times, yet I'm £129 out of pocket. Nothing short of daylight robbery !

I am disgusted by the site as when I clicked to expand the picture so I could see it better, the site put through an instant purchase for this item. I do not want this item, and I do not like the fact that this site kept a hold of my log in details for my payment and did not even ask me to confirm purchase. I do not allow sites to hold on to these details and did not allow this one that information and yet it was able to put through a purchase when I did not even click on a buy this item button. When I contacted customer services to get my money back, all they could offer was a credit note, when I said no I wanted my money back someone else will get back to me. This site took my money without my permission. As I said, I am disgusted by this site now and will be closing my account.

I should have known better, cheap prices = poor quality and no customer service. I bought a bed from hem, worst shopping experience of my life. I tried to complain, they told me to go to the merchant (furnatureitalia) the merchant told me to go to Wowcher. No one wants to take responsibility and they say they will ci tact you but they never do in the hope that you will go away. Hey will now leave a message below saying they have dealt with the matter through email as they always do but they haven’t! AVOID this company at all costs They are a scam!!!

Placed order on 7th Feb. Still waiting delivery it 3rd March. Three promises Agent will phone within 24 hrs Nobody phoned yet. This must be worst company I have ever dealt with. Acts like a scam operation.
