“Completely let down order a solar firework light like a tree no height mentioned. supposedly £30 now £10 including postage. Got something as small as a sparkler. Complete rip off. To get”

“No true shipping costs shown until AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE ITEM/S. only when you redeem the vouchers do they show you the correct shipping costs. Cheaper to buy from a store.”

“I have just bought an outdoor garden hose Code NSM8RH-3YU9NV. I paid £14.98 (including postage) which has been debited to my Barclay card 6 April 2023. It seems that I'm being asked to redeemed this and when I input the above code I'm being asked for payment again. I've paid please just either sent me the hose or return my cash.”

“Well this is basically a spiders web of a site - designed to lure you in . By the time you’ve finished you’re paying postage .. or double postage as they split multiple items … sign you up for VIP status without you realising , then communicate via chat bot when you query why only one of two items have arrived …. Only to discover you have to redeem these ridiculous vouchers individually despite having stipulated Quantity 2 and paying upfront for two - nothing more than a scam”

“Mystery holiday seems like a good deal but they call and ask for more money. Plus any holiday package they offered me was cheaper to pay direct on skyscanner and booking.com. I just basically had to pay an extra £90 for the same holiday I can get online. BUT without taxes and charges paid and without breakfast from the hotel :/”

“Do not ever use this service as it is a legalised scam operation, took my money for a bed then had the bare faced cheek to charge extra for delivery that never turned up, no means of getting in touch with a real person, I will not let this go as this is legalised theft.”

“ALERT ‼️ Before you redeem your voucher do confirm the delivery charge because they charge around £7-10 for standard delivery, and if you think of cancelling they only offer voucher not your full refund, fraud company 👎”

“Customer service is impossible to reach!! First time using the company. The wowcher deal I purchased had hidden delivery fees, I have been attempting to cancel/get a refund for the product before I redeem it. However, it is impossible to get in contact with them I have tried every way possible. AVOID this company at ALL costs unless you are 1000% certain you won’t need to cancel, refund or need any assistance in general.”

“Purchased good for Christmas, they did not arrive. Asked for the money back , it was refused and put into a wallet. Ordered in the last day of walker terms and no money in wallet. Over £300 is a lot to lose and I want wowcher to give extra time for me to spend my hard earned money.”
