Very ignorant customer service bought a product but it arrived faulty and was very cheap, unable to get a refund.

Beware when booking hotels with wowcher. We booked a hotel in Southampton with wowcher for before a cruise but didnt realise we put the wrong date accidentally until after we redeemed it. When we tried to change dates to the correct month wowcher would not allow this although it is in 3 months time which is plenty of notice Once redeemed they will not change. We have now booked the same hotel for same price for the dates we need with secret escapes who will change dates and allow cancellations and there is no redeeming which is much better. Beware of this.

Ordered an Emma mattress. Paid and redeemed with delivery due yesterday at the latest (ordered two weeks ago). Wowcher’s app says they haven’t sent the order to the merchant - the order has never moved past phase 1. Emma confirmed they haven’t received it. Wowcher send cut and paste replies that don’t address the issue and ask me to prove that Emma don’t have the order. I’ve sent them proof. They have done nothing with the proof they asked for. Emma say they can’t help because the problem is at Wowcher’s end. No mattress, no order sent to Emma, nobody doing anything to progress matters. They’ve been told repeatedly they haven’t sent the order to Emma (their own order tracking shows this) and just keep telling me to wait for the mattress to arrive. Frustrating, annoying and customer services do not read emails properly and reply to the content of them. I will never use Wowcher again.

Accidentally deleted the voucher code for for 2products I ordered that are still showing on my account, Have asked for duplicate codes so I can get the items but been ignored.As a pensioner I can't afford to lose money like this,why can't Wowcher be more helpful, disgusting customer service!

No actual person to talk too, to resolve issues quickly,you have to redeem your wowcher on the app now, change your password on the app, the password reset did not work on the app, only way of contacting Wowcher is now on WhatsApp, which they say they sent a reset passwork link, this morning, after contacting them around 18.00, there is no reset link, there is no email. Live chat is not a person, it is a frustrating process, it cannot understand simple language or answer or resolve issues

Wowcher Case no 347097 Mr Kenneth Lyons If I could give zero stars I would. Our Daughter in Law bought my wife and I a gift voucher for afternoon tea as a Christmas gift from our young granddaughter. Our daughter in law has an online Wowcher account and she paid for the gift and requested it as a sealed envelope gift pack to give us on Christmas Day The gift pack arrived to our daughter in law’s home address she opened the outer envelope which contained another sealed envelope containing the gift pack. My wife and I opened this gift to find four A5 size card documents outlining who the gift was from details of the venue and how we should redeem the voucher online. There is no mention on any of these documents regarding a validity period / expiry date. When I tried to redeem the voucher online I am being told it has expired. After numerous emails back and forth in the case thread Wowcher are not acknowledging any of my points raised or evidence presented. Their stance is my daughter in law received an electronic copy of the order and terms and conditions into her online account. My contention is it is Wowchers responsibility to inform me as the “gift receiver” of any validity period not for the “gift giver” to print out the order with the cost / terms and conditions etc and give it to me. This is a total failure in good retail practice and customer service. My next step will be to present this case along with all of the evidence to Trading Standards. UPDATE 6 JULY The saga continues . Wowcher responded to this review by stating they had sent me an email. When I opened their automated email there was no reference to my complaint but a link to a Wowcher account which they had set up in my name WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION FROM MYSELF. THE ACCOUNT CONTAINED ALL OF MY PERSONAL DETAILS INCLUDING MY ADDRESS WHICH I DID NOT GIVE THEM. THIS IS A BLATANT INFRINGEMENT OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT. They stated they had credited the value of the voucher to that account. I instructed them to immediately close the account and as I had informed them numerous times they needed to credit my daughter in laws Wowcher account along with a reasonable amount of additional compensation for the time and effort we have wasted let alone the upset it has caused my daughter in law regarding this voucher as a Christmas gift from our two year old granddaughter. Since their last email I responded with the points above and got a response back saying the email address is no longer in use and to use watts app when I followed their instructions the quick response from their automated system was to start explaining the issue all over again which I have no intention of doing. In my frustration I have sent an email to Wowcher CEO Operations Manager Customer Services Manager and Sales Manager this morning (6 July) asking them to resolve this to my satisfaction and have had no response whatsoever. Hopefully this review will act as a prompt !!

I ordered from wowcher a month ago but nothing came through my door. I had a WhatsApp chat with wowcher and I was told that I did not click the voucher after the order was placed. I asked for my money to be refunded back to my card but wowcher told me they don't refund. I found this so ridiculous and unbelievable in the 21st century. I will stay away from buying on the website.

Customer service is appalling and only contact is via WhatsApp and half of that is robotic their t & C VERY ambiguous and conflicting and they have no 14 day money back guarantee or cooling off period buyer beware wouldn't touch woucher again with a barge pole and when they say they will come back to you they dont and we are still waiting e even though they said they would escalate our concern with senior management ..... thats a joke never got a refund 😕 a voucher but not from them

Horrible customer service and their partners that book the flight “Travelolo” are even worse. Very disappointing and will not use again. Their 2 night holidays guarantee 40 hours in the country traveling to but it is a lie. They charged us £100 extra for changing our flight even though it should have been free since our complimentary ones were less than 40 hours.

Do not use. I asked refund as my Voucher was not used after 3 weeks of emails saying a manager will get back to me in 48 hours no one has. It’s been 3 weeks.

Paid money for garden furniture and heard nothing since fto. Wowcher, the seller or a delivery service. You just stole £139 from my bank account.

This company is disgusting. It’s just a scam. DONT USE IT. you will be sorry if you do. It’s such a con. I have never used it before, so genuinely didn’t know what I was doing. The first thing I bought was a pair of suitcases, I just thought oh they will run up, and went in holiday for a week, where u decided to to buy some garden furniture, I paid £589 with free delivery for garden furniture, I was waiting for a confirmation email, which never arrived. But I was bombarded by Wowcher emails trying to sell me something, so I unsubscribed to it the company , eventually I managed to talk via what’s app, and apparently I was supposed to buy a voucher costing £39!! This was not visable when I paid my money for the product so had no option but to pay more. The suit cases voucher apparently had run out and guess what no refund. Dreadful dreadful company. Buyer beware!!!
