“Don’t buy products from Wowcher, they have hidden charges for extra shipping costs after you paid for the item. Most of the time you get something cheap and probably faulty, when you send it back they won’t refund those charges and also they won’t give you money but credit to use on the website. Absolute scum!”

“Absolutely awful company avoid at ALL costs. Conned my mom. Took her money then failed to send her a voucher code. After several attempts to get the code they then refused a refund because it had been more than 14 days. Even though it took that long because they did not send the code. My bank tried to get my money back only to be told by Wowcher that they only sell the codes not the products. Can’t speak to anyone. Have to use WhatsApp what kind if customer service is that? They never reply to emails. They want your money and that is all. Please avoid them. They have caused my mom so much anxiety and they just don’t care!!!!”

“Paid for a London Theatre and hotel package in the hope that it would demonstrate a saving. What actually happened was a total rip off and zero customer service thereafter. Never, ever again. If I could leave no starts, I would.. Avoid at all costs.”

“booked hotel and theatre in London to find out that hotel options are Heathrow & Luton nowhere near to London. Booking organized through a provider "world sports direct" numerous emails and phone conversations, no result.. they dont answer email, don't acknowledge receiving the vouchers or its lost in emails. it took 3 months to book. frustration is terrible!!! Wowcher refused to refund or exchange, ultimtely i would only get 50% of the value because its taken THEM 3 months to organise ! For the show plus hotel on outskirts of London would be better to organise yourself ... you are not getting a good deal doing it through WOWCHER!!!”

“PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY, I PURCHASED A BED WHICH WHEN THEY DELIVERED WAS NOT THE ONE I ORDERED SO I SENT IT BACK THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SO FROM THERE WITH THE STRESS THEY HAVE CAUSED ME I HAVE LEARNT A HARD LESSON BUT NOW THEY ARE GOING TO LEARN AN EVEN HARDER ONE. I HAVE CONTACTED THE POLICE AND MY BANK FOR FRAUD AND DECEPTION FROM THESE SCAMMERS, ALSO I HAVE ISSUED COURT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST YOU SO YOU WANTED TO PLAY A GAME YOU PLAYED WITH THE WRONG PERSON SEE YOU IN COURT I WILL GET MY HUNDREDS BACK YOU ARE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF FOR.”

“I purchased a spa day for my partner around Christmas time and I did not notice it had an expiration date of just a month from when I purchased it, which is a joke. So, when I came to use it, it had expired. After trying to find how to contact Wowcher I was waiting for over 3 days for a final result. Yes, they did credit my account which is good, but when i went to use it i wasn't able to submit the order as it was saying my card details were incorrect which they weren't. Now, AGAIN I'm back in the queue to wait to speak to someone over fricking whatsapp or messenger. Does this company employee people who don't know how to use a telephone. Absolute joke, I will never be using Wowcher again”

“Shambolic company!! Once they earn the commission off the sale they don't won't to now. Selling cheap tat at rubbish prices.I ordered the product with Wowcher. Not the merchant!! If has a company they wont to be the middle man. Be the front of the sale and stop trying to palming the situation off when the going get tough regards to customer service.”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I do not recomment using their website for deals. Whatever you buy is bad quality. The only thing was interesting me where restaurant deals, but during covid i could not redeem my voucher and i have got no refoud or option to buy another deal. Gibbs,the customer person was like a robot, answering no refound, no refound. This way you lost customer and i will share my disatisfaction with everyone i know. Groupon has better deals and way better customer service.”

“I booked a spa day for myself and my daughter as a treat. Went to book it and it was 18 plus only. My daughter is not 18 so we cannot use the voucher. There was information in the fine print to state this. I have been offered a wowcher credit for half the value.”

“Woucher is the very worst experiance I have ever had on line. we waited ages for our order to arive. The slippers we ordered were not at all suitable and there was not any opertunity to return them. They were much too narrow and not at all what we expected. We could not understand what all this Woucher stuff was about. the whole experiance was a nightmare and we will never buy anything from Woucher again. We still have the slippers and other people are as disgusted as we were.”

“14 days by law doesn't apply to them ! They still refuse to refund! Just wallet credit! ?? Bought 2 mystery Weekender holiday till I read reviews and decided to back off and requested my money back! Cause the sale ended I had to email Weekender holiday for approval, they didn't responded(another s..tty company) and had to chase Wowcher 8times on what's up and still no results. Absolutely incompetence! Will definitely complain cause my rights by law have been broken! Stay away of them 2”

“I bought a product and when it arrived it was not what I bought. Then I contacted customer services. Customer services only gave me a run around. It ended I cannot return as I live in Ireland. And I'm still waiting on a refund for a mistake the wowcher did by sending out the wrong item. I will not be buying fro you again.”

“AVOID-DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! FALSE AND MISLEADING DEALS!! HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES, TERMS & CONDITIONS. (not even in their fine print). PLEASE BEWARE!! I purchased a deal in October, for my mothers 80th birthday. It was A pamper package for two with three treatments each and a light lunch at Portland Hill Spa, Southport. It did not say, to check the merchants website for any extra charges, or terms and conditions. I tried to book a day for my mother and I, only to find that the voucher could only be used at 9.30am or 4.30pm daily, & extra at weekends (how is a light lunch included at these times, you tell me!!) also extra charges for robes & slippers. I find this absolutely disgusting, it did not mention this on the original advert. After contacting wowcher several times for a full refund, they have only given me a wowcher credit on my account to use and not a cash refund, so i would able to take my mother somewhere else for her birthday. Because it had gone over their 30 day cancellation policy they can not give me a cash refund. The voucher could be used within 4 months, therefore how would anyone become aware of these hidden extras, (within their 30 day policy) it only came to light when you go onto the merchants website to book your deal, which should have been an enjoyable day. After reading many complaints on here and on trustpilot ,for all different types of deals, it seems i am not the only customer who has been left disgusted and upset from using wowcher. I will certainly not be using ever again. Please avoid at all costs and read all reviews on here and trustpilot.”

“Bought GPS trackers for my dog to find the range is only 25 metres and although it will mark the last place it was within range, obviously dogs move around, so absolutely unfit for purpose. Completely misleading details on wowcher”

“I ordered some items and these have not been delivered and I still cant get to speak to anybody or have a reply to my email as to why. I also found out a DD was set up for a monthly payment to be apart of a discount shopping supplier which I did not ask for. This has been closed down but my purchased items remain lost in the big world some where and no signs of a refund. Never use again”

“I have bought voucher which the company have false advertised the accomadation in Barcelona beware of this and do not buy five star trip to Barcelona says its five star the reviews pictures are of dirty hotel room and really bad reviews contacted woucher to be dealt threw robot what’s app machine disgusting 240 pound lost now which was a birthday surprise I am so sad disappointed I trusted this site shouldn’t be allowed to do this was never sent email with codes so had to log in and redeeem them and of course then u can’t get ur money back to br told the hotel u clicked isn’t available well that’s the only reason I bought it not for another hotel I didn’t like I am so angry I am going to the paper this company shouldn’t be allowed to operate on that site disgusting”
