“Very interesting indeed that apparently over 29 thousand reviewers gave this company on your website an average mark of 4:6 out of 5. (A truly excellent mark.) Contrast this with another reviewing website, whose average for this very same company is a very poor 1:1 out of five !. Something is very wrong.”

“Terrible customer service . Once I paid and there was a problem. It wasn’t easy to get in touch with anyone at all. Only what’s app . Phone number won’t allow you to speak to anyone. Email bounces back as invalid . Live chat doesn’t work”

“I'm annoyed I have to give them a star at all as they don't deserve even one. this is the most difficult company to deal with weather it was purchasing the product in the first place and now trying to return it seem impossible. also when my product turned up it was in such bad condition it was a joke.”

“CaseID 07092879 Bought a watch through Wowcher/Easy living or whatever their useless sister company's called. Watch arrived but the watch is stolen (still paired with its original owner). Emailed Wowcher, someone called Noah picked it up. Helpful at first but then went silent. It's been months since they took my money and weeks since the watch was sent back. And now everyone's silent. Disgraceful!”

“I received faulty goods & eventually managed to get a refund in the way of credit. I went to spend it & it had been cancelled off of my account. I asked for it to be reinstated & they refused”
