“I was gifted a spa day last year for my 40th. Tried to book several times but due to covid and lockdowns this wasn't possible. Tried to book again today for wowcher to tell me no can do out of time. So very disappointed. Don't bother purchasing via wowcher. Appalling.”

“I bought 2 garden hoses on reels from wowcher 6 months ago. They turned out to be cheap chinese hoses on a flat plastic reel. After having on contact with the "merchant" I finally managed to get a refurnd from Wowcher (minus the postage) I used this to buy some Bath Sheets which were "lost in transit" this time I managed to get a full refund from Wowcher in the form of another credit valid for 3 months. I used these to but another set of "Bath Sheets" theey were not bath sheets they were 140cm X 75CM SO bATH TOWELS. They were not the quality depicted in the photo on the site. Cheap tin chinese rubbish. Do not buy anything from this site as you are buying it sight unseen and then have to go through the hassle of trying to contact the scam merchant who is hiding behind the fact that you only bought a voucher and not any actual goods from Wowcher. The "discounts" are meaningless, the goods are not even worth the discount price. It's a big gimmick and a scam.”

“Please don't bother using this "company"! Christmas gift from our family was a wowcher get away for a few days. Wrong codes on the redemption card and absolutely NO hep at all from them. Even the customer service line is now closed and you keep getting page not available when trying to get a refund on line, they don't even have a bot facility online. AVOID.”

“Very interesting indeed that apparently over 29 thousand reviewers gave this company on your website an average mark of 4:6 out of 5. (A truly excellent mark.) Contrast this with another reviewing website, whose average for this very same company is a very poor 1:1 out of five !. Something is very wrong.”

“Terrible customer service . Once I paid and there was a problem. It wasn’t easy to get in touch with anyone at all. Only what’s app . Phone number won’t allow you to speak to anyone. Email bounces back as invalid . Live chat doesn’t work”

“I'm annoyed I have to give them a star at all as they don't deserve even one. this is the most difficult company to deal with weather it was purchasing the product in the first place and now trying to return it seem impossible. also when my product turned up it was in such bad condition it was a joke.”

“Received my Wireless Charger today. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Hence the 1 star. Totally disappointed . And no reply to my email to get it sorted. Would not recommend Wowcher to anyone.”
