“I was really happy with the service I received I didn't realise I had to redeem a voucher and the time had expired. Wowcher credited me with what I had paid so I could go ahead and order my shed again. Thanks wowcher”

“me and my daughter went to park hall spa chorley for an over night stay with spa and meal etc the staff very polite but the building at the rear is awful windows boarded up very run down but we tried to see past this and put it to the back of our mind inside the spa big crack in door window also steam room wasn’t working .we paid an extra £20 each for the hydro pool which was nice .our bedroom was clean but the window ver small no air and all we could see was the back of a building with broken glass .the restaurant service very slow the waiter looked very stressed .frim the front the hotel looked nice abd reception was too but nothing else .very disappointed”

“Postage wasn’t visible on product page when i checked out it appeared to be free it wasn’t untill I redeemed it wanted another £3.99!”

“Terrible customer service and communications. Paid for goods wanted me to wait over a month for delivery. I asked for refund which took longer than needed and got the option to leave as a credit. What they failed to inform me is that the credit only stays live for 3 months. Even after speaking to them they are refusing to refund, only 7 days over the 3 months. Con artists hiding behind term and conditions that they do not explain or accept responsibility for. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPING OFF READ OTHER REVIEWS !!!”
