“I was very pleased with the quick response from wowcher as I placed a order and didn't think it had completed and some how managed to order again as soon as I realised I had ordered twice,made contact via wattsapp immediate response, which was on the evening and by lunchtime the next day had message saying they had refunded my mistake,thankyou wowcher.”

“Once again I write to you with my complaint, this being my fifth time. I refer to my oder no 50518808. Your advert for this Afternoon Tea at Hotel du Van. I have not been able to redeem the voucher for this because you used my old email address , not this one. I now require a refund, as it is too late for anything else. Please reply to me immediately.
