“Firstly I had a problem with a watch i ordered took 4 weeks to arrive. I thought i would give wowcher another go just ordered some flowers day after got my receipt still waiting for my codes this was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter as a cheer her up.”

“Rude customer service. Item sold was falsely advertised as an Apple product then it was a generic, damaged, third party item when it arrived. Absolutely disgusted by the way staff have resolved this and their lack of apology or any effort to redeem their false advertising. They emailed to say the iMac didn’t come with the Apple keyboard but I sent them a screenshot of the product listing clearly saying that it came with an Apple keyboard yet they didn’t even apologise or attempt to make it right. Never using Wowcher again. I recommend avoiding them if you don’t want to be conned into buying rubbish, disingenuous products. The iMac was also listed as a grade a product but there was a huge scratch on the front bezel under the screen. A grade a product should be mint condition, not with a giant scratch on the front. I am still waiting to have an acceptable resolution to this case and will not be simply dismissed by a refund. I have had to waste time driving to several shops to return the bulky item as none of the shops that were advertised as being able to take dpd parcels in my area accept them. It has taken me time and petrol to return their items, something which wouldn’t have had to happen if they correctly listed the item and sent it to me without the correct items and no damage on it.”

“Customer service is excellent. The process of purchasin is rather complex - especially when it fails to recognise ones postcode! - Locate the product, buy a voucher, Receive the voucher by email, then return to the product to redeem the voucher. There must be a good reason for this odd system, I suppose! Anyway, it works :-)”

“Wowcher's listing and confirmation email led me to expect delivery within 2 working days of redeeming my voucher. On that basis, I bought a super king mattress and disposed of my old one. Once redeemed, Wowcher told me to chase the merchant — Emma Sleep — for any delivery updates. Emma then quoted 5–10 business days, with no acknowledgement of the 2-day window Wowcher had advertised. Neither party will take responsibility: Wowcher points at Emma, Emma operates on its own timeline regardless of what Wowcher promised at the point of sale. The result: my family is sleeping on the floor while two companies pass the buck. If the realistic fulfilment window is 5–10 working days, Wowcher should say so on the listing. Selling on a 2-day promise the merchant doesn't honour is misleading, and it's the customer who pays for the gap. I'd advise anyone considering a Wowcher mattress deal to assume Emma's timeline, not Wowcher's, and plan accordingly — or buy direct from Emma where the delivery expectations are at least set honestly upfront.”

“Got what I wanted but the free delivery, when I looked to have it delivered to a place it was miles away from where I live. So you have to pay an extra £6:99 delivery.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Was difficult to get the actual thing i wanted lots of adverts and claim money back very confusing and that is why I have not bought for a while. I signed up for some discount as thought it was for my actual product.”

“It's so easy to choose a wowcher, you click read the information, confirm it's what you want and then pay, once you receive your redeem email you click and redeem and there you go, your wowcher is on it's way. No problem, easy to track and then it's delivered.”
