“Booked a 3 night hot tub /sauna lodge paid £287 When I arrived we were in an apartment supposedly the same with a better view. The bed was dirty Shower wasn't hot sofa was broken windows wouldn't Close properly. Bathroom was dirty and really run down in general It was 0 degrees outside and they were painting the outside with white paint? Tried to get a refund but to no joy Please steer clear Misleading adverts!”
