“This is the 2nd one we have and both have been returned damaged. We asked for a refund but gave been given a credit which goes against trading standards so I will be reporting it!!!!”

“The food was excellent. One person in our party was a vegetarian so they accommodated her very well. The bottomless prosesso was excellent also as was the ambiance Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. In fact I’ve just purchased another Wowcher for the same experience. My only complaint/issue was I originally purchased 4 Wowcher of which I gifted 3 to my children. The listing said use by 31/01/26. I didn’t realise that I had to redeem the Wowcher in 28days of purchase, hence when I redeemed one after 29days, apparently mine had expired so it automatically took the code from one of the gifted vouchers. This is a system software issue at Wowcher. You can’t allow the system to automatically use a code of a gifted present, as that is not fair for the person it was gifted to. This needs sorting with your IT provider.”
