“It's not as good as my hot brush, but it did straighten my hair on one side, but my hair is quite thick on the other side as, my parting is on left side. If my hair was thinner, I think it would be great.”

“The £14.99. One was sold out so I got a 6L at £19.99 which is still very cheap. Found the app a little annoying as there's so much things keep coming up which confused me. Apart from this easy to use .”

“⛔ TERRIBLE! I'll never use WOQCHER again. The company should be investigated by a regulatory body for its practices. Simple as that. Everything went wrong. It keeps going wrong. Unable to raise a complaint as nobody will accept a complete or give me a written complaints procedure. I understood in the UK that companies needed to put in place clear complaints procedures for their customers, as well as adhere to selling regulations in the UK. I have had absolutely no success whatsoever trying to discuss my issue or to elicit what was supposed to be a simple refund.”
