“I purchased a wowcher at Christmas for a 'Simulator Experience-60minutes with a photo-SimAir 737' for £92.99. Due to personal reasons my Grandson has been unable to attend. Expiry is due 10/5/26 ( in 13 days time) I contacted Wowcher to try and extended the Expiry date... ( via watts app as no contact phone number for this company) apparently it will cost £72.99 to extend it to 10/8/26 !!. Enquiries on cost but just kept getting the same automated message back . I expected to have to pay to extend it but didn't expect it to be that much !! Would NOT recommend this company for 2 main reasons... 1) Extortionate cost of extending voucher expiry. 2) Can't Speak to a Person and they Won't answer any questions regarding it just keep sending repeated automated messages. 😢”

“Absolutely terrible! I bought a voucher last week when I went to use it today to use its expired!! Would not recommend Wowcher and will not use them again. It's too complicated to use and I want a full refund .”

“Bought 3 day break to Milan from Manchester. Company used by Wowcher could not provide tha holiday without charging us at least £39 each! Wowcher have not refunded or responded adequately.”

“I booked a the ‘3* trip to Venice for 3 nights in a central hotel’ holiday for my boyfriends 30th - the itinerary on their website for this suggested 3 whole days worth of activities. I couldn’t see anything about the hotel, flights, nothing until this was purchased. I purchased 2 vouchers as per the deal, then I started panicking about my decision. Next minute, one voucher has been redeemed by itself. I messaged Wowcher and they sent me over the hotel and flight options. Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Very bad reviews about being dirty and unsafe. Flights were at night time going out, therefore the 3 day itinerary is misleading. I explained this was for his 30th and I couldn’t take him there - they sent me more options - all of which were on the OUTSKIRTS of Venice (again, going against what was advertised) and more expensive so costs are misleading and they also had mainly very bad reviews. I asked for a refund. After days going back and forth, they refunded me for 1/2 vouchers, saying they can’t do both as one has already been ‘redeemed’. I believe wowcher redeemed this and I have since read about more people having this issue - I also did not agree, book anything, or give over any details. So now I am £199 down with absolutely nothing else I can use the other voucher on as it is now invalid anyway. Absolutely shocking service. DO NOT USE WOWCHER”
