“I would never use Wowcher again. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The deal looked great at first, but it ended up feeling misleading, with unexpected issues and poor value. When I needed help, customer service was slow and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored. In my opinion, the whole experience is a scam. I feel misled and frustrated, and I wouldn’t recommend Wowcher to anyone. Be very careful before buying any deals and make sure you read the reviews”

“The voucher redeem was playing up, even with extending redeem. I couldn't receive one item in my order, even though it was already paid for. The other item, a rice cooker from the merchant Living And Home, was wrongly described as 3-litre when, in fact, it was only 1-litre. According to Wowcher's returns policy, and several emails, the merchant was responsible for bearing the cost of returning the item. However, Edmond from the merchant's customer service insisted that they were not responsible. Therefore, the returns policies of Wowcher and the merchant were not aligned. The final outcome is that I have not had a refund for the return shipping. This is overall a bad experience. Both companies refused to take responsibility. Don't shop with either of them - Wowcher and Living And Home. Not recommended.”

“Avoid ! First time using Wowcher and never again. £85 wasted. Booked a voucher for an event that only runs on the 18th / 19th July only. The voucher expired on the 01st July. Customer service was given to tell me there’s no refunds. Why issue a voucher that expires 19 days before the event and why would I redeem a voucher over two weeks before the event I was ment to attend with no reminder emails or clear instructions. I can’t help feeling that it is deliberately designed to confuse customers, this is evident from the voucher design, convoluted redeem process and the fact that customer service hit you straight away with the scripted “no refund under Part A, section 5.2” - clearly a common complaint from customers.”
