“I have tried using there offers, twice they where not honored. Now wowcher is refusing to give me my money back, also refusing to let me talk to a human. I have been trying for over a week, hundreds of messages, only replies from a machine. I am now sure that wowcher is just going to steal my money, money from a pensioner, JUST HOW LOW CAN THEY GO, DISGRACEFUL. DO NOT UAE WOWCHER”

“Well where do I start….. A seamless purchase on 03/08/2026, however the day after due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to cancel my two x holiday vouchers for two. I followed Wowchers cancellation procedure to the letter, sending emails so that the merchant could process the refund expediently. After numerous telephone calls, emails, being passed from pillar to post giving conflicting information, broken promises of deadlines and that emails of confirmation of what had been agreed having not been sent. Again today (01/09/2026) having had to make further contact, and now near on a month later to see where my refund was after it had been authorised finally on 20/08/2026…..I am still waiting!!! This time I have been told that it will be processed and be in my account in the next 24-48 hours, but it may be 72 hours??? I have asked for all this in writing yet again and still am awaiting that. I too had escalated all this via a formal complaint from the very beginning. But again re that aspect, I am still awaiting any formal update either from Wowcher or the merchant. So if I was too advise anyone and I am happy if you have received a good service with them. However for me and it appears I am not alone Wowcher and their merchant Thetravelmakers.co.uk who’s slogan alleges, Making Happy Memories falls exceedingly the total opposite end of the scale for me and I would I would give a huge minus score for my experience with them….. So Please really think twice and I would strongly recommend NOT to book with them unless you are happy to throw your money away or want unnecessary stress, hassle, inconvenience and expense as I sadly have experienced.”
