“Booked as a surprise for my partner, only to find thousands of worrying and unsettling reviews about the places they happily place you in for your holiday. Not to mention I have had no contact from anyone regarding my holiday since booked, nor to my numerous emails regarding cancelling and refunding. Not what it's made out to seem, disgusting that a company is allowed to run this way and get away with it.”
