“We are very disappointed that after 6 weeks of trying we are still waiting your confirmation . On replacement side panels for the planter we purchased order 57530067 Wowcher 3YWGQ3-4VW7KD We have been sent questions about the panels and have provided photo of the sides received which do not have the end legs Making the planter useless . “I read all the information available before buying the voucher to check about delivery costs. There was no information. I then completed my sale and got my voucher. Upon redemption, I was greeted with a minimum £7.99 delivery charge. What a complete con! I checked other items available and all deliver costs were declared before buying, but not with the item I bought. I'm raging and won't use wowcher again.”

“I purchased a mattress from wowcher and received one £94 cheaper than the one I ordered I've contacted both wowcher and the merchant and both claiming I've got the right one the small print does say stitching or pattern may vary but no where does it say it will be a much cheaper mattress and totally different material and the mattress I received is on wowcher at the cheaper price wouldn't buy anything from this company has they are not interested once they have your money below the £169 mattress I ordered and the £74.99 0ne I received which is advertised at this much lower price and is clearly nothing like the one I ordered”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you’ve had some trouble with your purchase. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If a voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase; however, I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “Do not deal with this company. I ordered a suitcase, they took the money, did not deliver and now will not refund my money. I think they have stolen my money and they don't answer texts, phone calls or letters. An awful company”

“Ordered 2 camping chairs in Grey and received them in Blue. I didn’t think it was that hard to send items as per the order. The seller sent me a link to return them and the refund would be made to me when they received them back. Could not return them as they were needed for a holiday at the weekend. Very disappointed and will not purchase from this seller again.”

“I have had no response regarding delivery with respect to a purchase I made of a pop up gazebo. The company (Furniture Dealz) supposed to supply the gazebo has an incorrect mobile number on their website and is not responding to my emails. It is impossible to call Wowcher directly to talk to someone in their office. I am extremely unhappy about the service.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “Very confusing booking process. Far to many emails 2 per voucher when purchased. Promotional emails are endless daily and the same adverts. Making matters worse they don't inform you need to redeem voucher on purchase! Very confusing surely you redeem when you intend to use! Use by date also different. As a consequence you will unknowingly loose out. We lost £60 stated voucher expired yet the use by date was end of the calendar month. It's clearly designed for this to happen given in FAQ it states expired vouchers cannot be refunded. It's a jumbled mess old vouchers still in your wallet along with others to redeem. Be very careful of reminders to claim cash back with partner it will lock you in with a monthly payment. Reminders are confusing along with their vouchers. To much. Unprofessional company you cannot contact only by WhatsApp. Standard replies. Unsubscribed VIP Customer.”

“Ordered a bed then got told it won’t be delivered until 29th August, so obviously cancelled and asked for a refund. No customer service at all. The site says to ask for a refund through the merchant, my order doesn’t state who that is? They dont seem interested in refunding people at all. Scammers as far as I’m concerned. The only place you seem to get any type of response is on review sites, the reply is normally a lie saying “we are dealing with your case”.”

“I order 2 pillows Hungarian down from Wowcher.. Item sent from Silent Dreams... Utter rubbish not even a glimmer to the description... Tried to negotiate the atrocious Wowcher website.. To get a refund but Your emails just get pinged back can't find a telephone number anywhere for them THIS COMPANY WANTS CLOSEING DOWN!!!!!!!! I thought I would be safe as they advertise on TV!!!........ Wowcher have replied see below... Absolute rubbish emails just pinging back nothing more than trying to wear the purchaser down... So you give up....I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE UP THESE PEOPLE ARE DREADFUL!!!!!....... Still waiting for email from Wowcher..... Disgraceful trading........ I have now sent 70+ emails some just sent back saying recipient can't accept... I have sent pictures of the returned parcel and of the return receipt with the tracking number.. They have received the parcel.. But still no refund they really are the very worst company I have ever dealt with.. I don't know what to do next!!!!!!! luckily I paid via PayPal and have started a claim on Wowcher ............ 103 emails to Wowcher to date..... However PayPal have secured my refund but not the £6.29 it cost me to send the items back to Wowcher I have sent photographs of the carrier receipts but they refuse!!!! Utter utter bas---ds!!!! BEWARE PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!”

“I have been going back and forth with a company trying to get them to redeem a pottery class at Token Studio for 3 for which have refused to book, told me to 'get a refund' but then the next day redeemed the vouchers. Now Wowcher are claiming they are redeemed which is not possible because they will not book it and quite frankly after reading reviews about the company on here and other sites I am beginning to believe it to now be a scam that should not be on Wowcher. This should not be allowed as I am within the 14 day no quibble period”

“Absolute disgrace of a company. No mention that you actually get codes and not your order then say free delivery on orders over £50. Then charge you a further £30 per item for P&P when you put your code in. What a stupid set up and very misleading. Do not recommend and won’t be using again.”

“Wowcher has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you have an issue as a customer, you’re only able to contact them via WhatsApp message. I have been trying to get a refund and I’ve been told my issue has been passed onto an agent who will get in touch, but no body has gotten back to me and it’s been nearly 2 weeks of trying to chase them. I’ve tried emailing them but no response and I’ve tried starting a new WhatsApp chat but it doesn’t allow me. These companies are quick to take your money but when you want a refund, they’re all of a sudden nowhere to be seen. For a company to not have a reliable communication system for customers to get in touch is criminal. So beware when purchasing from Wowcher!!”

“I bought a voucher for a massage. The information said that after purchasing, I had to redeem the voucher from the vendor. When I tried to do this, the vendor said that it could no longer be redeemed even though I was well within the time stated on the voucher. I contacted Wowcher who have been absolutely useless and dismissive. They have required multiple emails from me. They eventually contacted the vendor and asked me to wait 72 hours for a response and said after this time they would deal with the matter. After getting no response after 72 hours, I contacted Wowcher again and requested a refund. They told me to wait another 72 hours and not to contact them again until after this period. I’m extremely disappointed. I know they’re a budget site and I wasn’t expecting 5 star service but this has been ridiculously poor customer service and I will not be using them again. At this point I don’t understand why they will not simply give me a refund. I feel as though my money has been stolen as the issue still remains unresolved.”
