This company should be on rip off Britan. Their contracts send faulty good and neither Wowcher or the contractor has a phone number of are interested in resolving any issues.

Dont understand if payment made and may have ordered twice trying to get item once! I have contacted via whats app says 24h for a reply.

Brought a suitcase set from Wowcher. Then I saw that it had £20 delivery so I requested a refund within 24 hours. Was given delivery for £5 so used the Wowcher. The suitcases from ground level.co.uk haven't arrived in the delivery date, I've messaged Wowcher and they have stopped replying. Now I have to contact my bank for chargeback. DO NOT USE WOWCHER!!

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. I am utterly appalled at the treatment I have received from Wowcher. I have been completely ignored after being promised a full refund, and have therefore lost £200 as a result of Wowcher and the “trusted third party operatives” that they work with. For context: I tried to book a voucher for a 2-day holiday to Amsterdam for myself and my partner for his birthday. After paying, redeeming the voucher, and being passed on to “Travelolo” - a “trusted third party operative” who were nothing short of money-grabbing and dishonest - I discovered that due to the flight times (which I wasn’t able to see prior to paying/redeeming) we would barely have any time in the city and have to pay over £100 in extra fees for transportation as a result of the late-night flights. The operative from Travelolo was asking me to pay NEARLY DOUBLE the amount PER PERSON to make the trip even remotely worth-while, so I decided that it wasn’t worth it and asked to cancel my booking - which I think is completely fair enough as if I was able to actually see the flight times, I wouldn’t have booked in the first place. Travelolo cancelled my booking, but then instead of refunding offered me a “travel voucher” to spend on their site (which I’d have to pay MORE money to even be able to access), which I refused. I asked them to show me in writing where it said I wasn’t entitled to a full refund into my account, and being unable to provide this, the agent from Travelolo said I would be entitled to a full monetary refund, and it would be in my account in 7-14 days. I would like to emphasize that I have been told MULTIPLE TIMES over the phone by Travelolo that I would be receiving this money. This has regretabbly not been the case at all. 14 days go by and I follow up. The agent says that my refund has been processed but due to the Microsoft outage, it won’t be in my account for another 4-5 days (completely fair enough). After 5 days I follow up again, and am then told quite rudely that my refund has nothing to do with Travelolo and Wowcher has to give me the money instead, meaning I was blatantly lied to by Travelolo for over two weeks. I felt disrespected, tricked and mislead and am still nearly £200 out of pocket. I HAVE TRIED TO BE IN CONTACT WITH WOWCHER THROUGHOUT ALL OF THIS, but have found this incredibly difficult. I have contacted Wowcher to get my refund as per the instructions from Travelolo, but they are simply just returning me back to the Travelolo team and SHIRKING THE RESPONSIBILITY. I have also issued 2 formal complaints and have been completely ignored. There is no phone number, just an AI WhatsApp channel that (eventually) puts you through to an operative, who then just feeds you back to the third-party. The issue is that I’m being told by Wowcher that Travelolo will give me my refund, but now I’m being told by Travelolo that Wowcher will give me my refund. It’s a constant back and forth, and there is obviously no communication between these parties. This has been going on for days now; no one is getting back to me, I am being given completely conflicting information and am genuinely at a loss on how to get the money I was promised back. I am being passed around between these two incredibly misleading and crass organisations who’s customer service is the most horrific I have ever experienced. WOWCHER HAS A RESPONSIBILITY TO WORK WITH TRUSTED THIRD PARTY OPERATIVES, TO FOLLOW UP ON COMPLAINTS, AND PROCESS REFUNDS WHEN REQUIRED TO DO SO. None of these responsibilities have been met. I am incredibly upset, and genuinely heartbroken that customers who are putting their trust in an organisation as large as Wowcher are being conned out of their hard-earned money. In the current state of the economy and cost-of-living crisis, this seedy, barely-legal, and deceitful way of operating is genuinely disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. (A side note: Wowcher ask you to redeem your voucher within 48hours - but also advertises that you’re entitled to a full refund for up to 14 days after purchase. They make it VERY unclear that you are NOT in fact entitled to a refund for a voucher that has already been redeemed - although I still managed to be authorised for a refund via the third-party operative (meaning I would still be entitled to a refund as stated in their FAQs, despite the fact I haven’t yet received it) this felt like incredibly dishonest and misleading advertisement from Wowcher which highly disrespects it’s customers.)

Due to a mix up between my daughter and I we did not pay the postage and now Wowcher say the voucher is expired and the money is lost. The item is still on sale at the price we paid so I don't see any reason why the deal could not be reinstated. I have science found the item for sale at £3 more than woucher with free postage. My advice is do your research before using this company

Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would. Their communication is disgraceful. They ignore you on purpose and do not stick to their terms and conditions of a 14 day no quibble refund. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY. Go elsewhere it’s not worth the hassle. Absolute sham.

Taken over £200 which is stuck in a 'wallet' but can not spend as the product will NOT add to the basket. Spent 4-5 months and approx 70 emails but customer service is at best APPALLING. This is a very dishonest company with more interest in taking your money NO interest in helping customers. A faceless entity DO NOT BUY FROM THUS COMPANY

I had £37 in my wallet and i thought like any other genuine company its going to be there and stay there and when i had time i can use it but today I went to use it and it has disappeared i wished i had brought in Amazon my money would have been still in my account I will never buy from this company again, day time robbery.

The most confusing site ever been trying to buy an item don't know weather i brought it or not keep having emails saying its in my basket, after entering gift code paying extra for next day delivery click progress comes up with can't find deal. try to contact someone you talk to a machine you ask to talk to a human it gets you to use whatsapp who will respond within 24 hrs. The time I have spent trying to navigate their site to still get no answers is a waist of time. To me this is a rubbish company and will not ever be using it again and I will be advising friends and family not to bother using wowcher after my experience.

I have been kept waiting all week and was promised delivery for Friday 12/7 . Finally late in the day after I had been inquiring all day I was told they had raised a query with the merchant. Now I am asked to wait another 3 days before I hear. I need the item for Friday but now struggling to cancel for a refund. Also need to return damaged item.

Bought a laptop, Never received said laptop, Contacted merchant, Contacted wowcher Told to wait 3 days Three times I've been told this by wowcher They aren't doing anything to help Wowcher obviously don't check reviews of the merchant they advertise Would definitely avoid at all costs

DO NOT BOOK WOWCHER MYSTERY HOLIDAY! I can not give you a reference number because the holiday company you work along side has never provided us with one but HAS taken money from us... there really is a lengthy explanation to the process me and my boyfriend have been through and it seems other customers are experiencing the same according to Facebook pages created specifically to seek advice on scams that Wowcher provide! We have contacted Wowcher multiple times through the WhatsApp messaging platform but nothing has been done and we keep getting passed to another person each time! No booking confirmation taken our money and not entitled to a refund.... terrible experience
