stly everyone getting scammed by Wowcher need to all start emailing Roland Bryan the CEO of Wowcher I can provide his email if anyone wants it as I can't put it on here for GDPR Regulations to make him sit up and listen about all the complaints that his team DO NOT SORT OUT and pass the buck after reading all the reviews on here and other platforms. I booked a 2 night break through Wowcher on Wednesday the 8th to Venice through their so called TRUSTED that's a laugh 3rd party travel agent called The Travel Makers whom I had to redeem the voucher with to get my travel information which straight away is a scam because in their small print it says once redeemed you have accepted their T&C's. But they came back with stupid flight times of 11am from Manchester to Paris with 4hr 30mins layover getting to Venice at 9pm total travel time of 10hrs, then returning 2 days later at 11.30am to Verona for a 5hr layover and getting back to Manchester at 11pm which is 12hrs travel time below are Wowchers and The Travel Makers terms that they should be adhering to. 1: Firstly no quibble money back guarantee within 14 days, but you have to redeem your voucher to get your travel information SCAM. 2: This does not impact the customer���s right to a change of mind refund within 14 days unless the holiday is booked. I changed my mind within 1hr after listening to the travel agents bullsh** and trying to upsell direct flights at another £127 per person and they just put the phone down and have since not replied to any emails and in a phone call said it was not their problem it rests with Wowcher to refund my money. 3: Minimum of 40 hours in your destination for any two-night break. Again out of a 2 day break with 40hrs minimum in Venice we would would be traveling 22hrs meaning resort stay of 26hrs SCAM 4: Once the booking is confirmed, the customer has then agreed to the holiday providers terms and conditions. I did not confirm anything with the travel agent after their SCAM to make more money from upselling more flights so should be entitled the a full refund no questions asked. 5: Please note, your holiday is not confirmed until you have been in contact with the holiday provider and received booking confirmation. AGAIN no booking confirmation as I told them they were trying to SCAM me out of more money. So it just leaves me to send an email to Roland Bryan and his team tomorrow stating if I don't get my refund promised within 48hrs, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards, ATOL, BBC Rogue Traders, BBC Fake Britain, and my bank for a chargeback if possible with my evidence and I will also be starting a claim through the small claims court and would love to see them in court.

I had a terrible experience with a company that seemed more interested in making money than helping their customers. The instructions for redeeming the voucher were unclear, and they focused more on getting me to sign up for cashback offers. During the busy holiday period, I missed the redemption date, and they refused to assist me. Even after escalating the issue and explaining that the products were still available at the same price, they wouldn’t issue a new code, simply stating that I had missed the deadline. I also realized that the manufacturer wouldn’t receive any of the money, so Wowcher has lost me as a customer over £16.99. I won’t be dealing with this horrible company again.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. Would love to give minus 5 but unable, ordered Christmas garland got a message to say delivered but not to my address had to go round neighbours to retrieve this was 10 days after agreed date. Item damaged unfit for purpose. Now the fun bit this was first and last time to use this shower of s—t totally fobbed off by there so emailed customer care team given 2 choices part refund with wowcher credit or return to there supplier at my cost somewhere in the states not supplied any address. Total cost was £20.00. Not sure how they’re getting good reviews check other websites they are appalling. Be careful obviously they think the can walk all over Joe Public. Luckily other options available. Happy Christmas.

Beware of False Advertising and Poor Service I recently ordered "high-end mystery gifts" from Wowcher, expecting quality products as described on their website. I spent £67.08, which included extra charges for gift wrapping and next-day delivery. What I received was shocking: - Low-quality, cheap items that didn’t match the description or the promised value. - No gift wrapping, just plain boxes tossed in white envelopes. - Late delivery, even though I paid for next-day service. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to provide a full refund, citing an absurd policy that opened boxes can’t be returned. How else was I supposed to inspect the items? They initially offered a partial refund of £23.97, which doesn’t even cover half of what I paid. After further complaints, they flat-out refused to assist further, showing no accountability or respect for consumer rights. This company is misleading customers with false advertising and failing to deliver on basic promises. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid Wowcher at all costs. I’m taking further action with Trading Standards and leaving reviews everywhere to warn others. Wowcher has ruined my Christmas gift plans, and I’ll never trust them again.

I ordered an item and no voucher to redeem was sent. The amount is now deemed as credit. I have tried to use the credit for similar product but not allowed. I need my money refunded to my card please

Complained that their third party " the travel makers " haven't booked my holiday despite it being a gift for tomorrow. And they have done nothing. They passed me to travel makers who are con artists. Taken my money but not answering calls. Promising to sort the holiday but not responding. I will be going to trading standards.

Scam company. I ordered something for my wife. It was never delivered. There was an email address to contact the company direct. This email address did not exist. I complained twice to Wowcher. They didn't even bother to answer. Avoid at all costs.

What an appalling company.Cant talk to anyone if you have a problem.Finally after several days and issues offered option 1 which was credit plus £2.50(really,why would I risk purchasing from you again!)Option 2 refund but can take up to 10 days before it's back in my account!Are you serious!Appalling service all round,I will be deleting wowcher once I've got my money back!

My grandaughter wanted a lego stitch and her mom found what she thought was fantastic deal on Wowcher as it was reduced from 49.99 to 18.99. Once ordered realised it wasn't what she has searched for but a cheap copy. Realising the mistake we tried to contact Wowcher to cancel the order. No contact details other than a WHATAPP mobile, an app that we don't use. In their customer service instructions it tells us to click NEED HELP? No such link. If no link then contact the MERCHANT directly. No contact details for the Merchant displayed. So basically a website selling 3rd party supplied goods with no proper customers service contact information or responsibility for issues with orders placed on their site. This contravenes UK government laws for distance selling that states: Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty.
