This voucher is very missleading, it doesn't cover the full cost of 1 treatment but is just £10 towards a treatment over £50. It's also £20 more per person for weekends but this is only stated in the small print. Not happy with this at all.

This is the worst company I've ever known please run away from this company. When you place an order for an item, another item entirely is being delivered and when you try to complain there was no number to call just email and whatsapp, and whenever you message them they respond whenever they wishes and never acknowledge your words. They will choose the vendors word over yours. In a nutshell, they sell fake products but advertise good ones and there's no way you can return the item you bought. Run away from them. I order for a bed and matress but another inferior bed and matress was delivered, I complaint about this but nothing was done about it, now the bed and matress had spoiled, I can't use them anymore

Avoid Wowcher travel provided by Prime Holidays Breach of Contract and No Customer Support – Extremely Disappointing I purchased a holiday package from Wowcher, provided by Prime Holidays, and have had an awful experience. After redeeming my voucher on 8th October 2023, I was supposed to be contacted by Prime Holidays within 2 days, as per the contract. It is now well past that date, and despite sending multiple emails, texts, and even leaving voicemails, I have received no response whatsoever from Prime Holidays. They appear to be completely uncontactable. Worse yet, despite raising these concerns with Wowcher, I have received no meaningful support. The entire situation feels like dealing with a ghost organisation, with neither Prime Holidays nor Wowcher providing the necessary customer service or assistance to resolve this issue. I am now within my 14-day statutory period to request a refund, as outlined by UK consumer law, and have requested a refund due to breach of contract. The lack of communication and accountability from both Wowcher and Prime Holidays is extremely disappointing, and I would advise anyone considering this deal to be cautious. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute nightmare of a website! AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I bought an item and paid only to realise that i’ve not received a confirmation email of my purchase, no order number, no receipt, there’s no way i can find where the order is in my account.. horrible experience.

Customer service non existent. Most unhelpful company I've ever dealt with. Can't even speak to anyone, just get a generated reply, repeating the same answer, no matter how you word a question. They waste your time in the hope you give up so they can keep your money.

I have not received my parcel and it’s been an absolute nightmare having to speak to someone. It’s a stupid WhatsApp that’s a generated message. Worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE. I want a refund not a credit in my account.

Do not buy any holiday vouchers from Wowcher. The ‘trusted third parties’ are scamming for additional money / card details and won’t book anything without you paying £££ more. No response from the travel makers at all and useless customer service from Wowcher basically continually advising wait 24 hours time and time again. Shockingly bad customer service . Beware!

If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. Had a reservation for tonight (07-09-2024) for an anniversary trip with my boyfriend I received an email at 2 am on the same day (which was 10 hours before check in) saying that the reservation has been cancelled with no explanation why. I have contacted the hotel and they said that Wowcher have cancelled the reservation and that there was now no availability if I want to book. I have tried to contact Wowcher but they don't have a phone number and you have to contact them through WhatsApp where you speak to a robot that in the end just tells you that someone will get back to you in 24 hours. I have previously bought things from Wowcher and have not had a problem but after this I will not be purchasing from them again.

Used for the first time in August. When my delivery arrived the box was opened, when I tried to put the parts together a major part was missing. I sent it back, took over a week for the company to acknowledge the return, they then informed Wowcher. It is now two weeks and no refund from Wowcher they keep asking the same stupid questions over and over, I have supplied photos of the return postage, along with photos and emails confirming that the firm has received it back, still no refund, will probably end up in the small claims court. Date of experience: 18 August 2024

I am absolutely disgusted with the way that wowcher has done nothing to help after sending me badly damaged refurbished dell chromebooks. The casing is not fixed around the keyboard and they do not turn off. They are faulty electrical items that are not fit for purpose. I am an elderly lady who has saved all year to provide my grandchildren with chromebooks in time for starting senior school. I have emailed many many times over the last few weeks to receive the same email over and over requesting pics and a list of the issues. Each time I send this information I receive the same email asking for pics and to list the issues. I have an appointment this Friday with trading standards to look at taking them to the small courts . I feel I have been left with no other option . I would not purchase through them again, I have two upset grandchildren and all this could of been avoided if they had just sent me return details for my refund. Wendy
