How to redeem Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. I made an order and was told l had signed up for VIP which l had not. Then got two different invoices. Did not redeem voucher and wanted to cancel. You cannot talk to a human being being. It is all virtual. Money ben taken from my account even though l did not redeem voucher. There's no way to speak online with a person. Major scamming site.

Bought a 4 night city break. Passed onto Travelodeal who use pressure and bully tactics and don't book what youve paid for unless you pay more money. If you try and refuse they tell you you lose all your money. Complained to Wowcher who couldn't have been less Interested and played dumb. Saying its a voucher and not their problem. Extremely bad compang and service. Wont ever use again.

Complete scam, be sure to avoid Wowcher at all costs. I have had over £700 taken from my account by this company and they are ignoring all messages sent to their customer service team. I am obviously escalating the issue but for anyone thinking of using voucher, they have zero customer service but will happily taking your money.

Big scam, I bought a trip that doesn’t exist and Wowcher is stealing my money!!! They don’t reply my messages, the merchant doesn’t reply my messages and there’s no phone number available. Don’t travel with them!

Purchased a shed. No lining up between vendor and wowcher. Delivery date was set but the vendor was unable to meet the 5 days promised. Realising this early in the process i notified wowcher and asked for their help. I could only communicate with a bot. They told me to wait until the 5 days were up and then contact them. They were no help at all in trying to avoid the situation for developing tbe way it did.

I bought 2 holiday vouchers from Wowcher last month that said I had to redeem within 48 hours. I did that so I could speak to the holiday provider but when I did the flights and hotels were not as advertised. The train connection instead of direct which is just 2 hours and 20 mins was 7 hours with multiple changes. I didn't book the holiday as this was not as advertised. Wowcher and the holiday companys' customer service have been bullying me and harassing me to book as I had redeemed the voucher. However you cant find out about the holiday until this is done. If you want the hotels that were advertised and reasonable flights you have to pay loads more. It is a con

I won't use wowcher again Been diddled 2 and can't get any info on my paid for item when tracking the company is in China I was informed it was in London have been waiting a month no delivery tracking is rubbish and going round in circles

I recently bought Office 365 Family which I have had an issue with installing it as I kept getting some sort of error messages. The so called merchant sent me several options but they all didnt work. Now all I want is my refund so I can get the product elsewhere but so far I have been fobbed off by both the merchant and Wowcher. I first logged my complaint on the 6th March - last message from the merchant (26 March) was that I was not due a refund because I redeemed my voucher....how else was I was supposed to use the voucher without redeeming it. Wowcher had asked me to wait on the merchant's response before they can deal with me. It has been 3 days now and although I have reached out to Wowcher they have not responded. All I want is my refund as I have not gotten what I paid for - simple!!!

Absolute Nightmare Site. STILL NOT RESOLVED!! Absolute nightmare site. First time that I have used wowcher and I will not be using them again. Be warned that the 14 day no quibble refund is rubbish. I paid for a voucher in error. It has chosen the wrong item and decided that I would prefer a refund rather than putting the credit in to my wallet. At no time during my purchase was I told that I would require a Whats App account to receive my no quibble refund. I don’t have one and don’t want one. I am still trying to obtain a refund but. It is impossible. I am an OAP who really can’t afford to loose this money. I shall have to take some independent advice. All very stressful, wowcher appear to make it as hard as possible to resolve issues. 21Mar - Wowcher have requested that I send the order details direct. I now await an email confirming that they have received the information followed by the full credit. 22 Mar - still waiting for an acknowledgement email from Wowcher. 23 Mar - received a generic reply from wowcher. The purchase was made less than a week ago they say that they have a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. Why are they refusing to refund the money when the 14 days has not expired. The first time that I requested the refund was 2 days after purchase. Again I await their response and hopefully this time it will be specific to my problem

Booking a holiday through wowcher was like negotiating my way through a minefield! There was one hitch after another. The cost kept creeping up, flights were changed 3 x, couldn't get cash refunded and credit expired. Never again!

Voucher expiry date was hidden in the small print and not shown on the voucher to redeem Wowcher won’t honour the voucher after only 3 months since purchase . Appalling

You don’t get sent the moisturising cream you have to apply for it on another website and when you look on that website there is none of that moisturiser available.

I ordered an electric over blanket and never received it, this is probably about 3 years ago now and I’ve tried everything but to no avail, so I lost my money and it cost me twice as much because I had to go and buy one as it was a present, terrible service, I would never ever order anything from them again 🤬🤬🤬Linda jupp
