Scam company. I ordered something for my wife. It was never delivered. There was an email address to contact the company direct. This email address did not exist. I complained twice to Wowcher. They didn't even bother to answer. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. What an appalling company.Cant talk to anyone if you have a problem.Finally after several days and issues offered option 1 which was credit plus £2.50(really,why would I risk purchasing from you again!)Option 2 refund but can take up to 10 days before it's back in my account!Are you serious!Appalling service all round,I will be deleting wowcher once I've got my money back!

My grandaughter wanted a lego stitch and her mom found what she thought was fantastic deal on Wowcher as it was reduced from 49.99 to 18.99. Once ordered realised it wasn't what she has searched for but a cheap copy. Realising the mistake we tried to contact Wowcher to cancel the order. No contact details other than a WHATAPP mobile, an app that we don't use. In their customer service instructions it tells us to click NEED HELP? No such link. If no link then contact the MERCHANT directly. No contact details for the Merchant displayed. So basically a website selling 3rd party supplied goods with no proper customers service contact information or responsibility for issues with orders placed on their site. This contravenes UK government laws for distance selling that states: Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty.

Ordered and paid for x4 iPads o my for 1, contacted Wowcher several Times was completely ignored, contact the iPad provide who states they can not help as they just ship out order Wowcher sends them! So Wowcher charged and took payment for 4 iPads yet requested 1 be sent out, have wrote to Wowcher and yet have heard nothing bk!! Not like anyone can afford to lose ££ in these hard times!! Have contacted ombudsman re this incident! Really disappointed in Wowcher have used them for years always got a good bargain ( hence going bk time and time again) always recommend Wowcher to friends n family! Won’t be doing that again, really let me down

The worst thing that can happen is that they do not return the money for canceling zakopow, they are constantly cheating. Contact the seller. The seller also lies and tells you to contact the biggest fraudster wowcher

My experience is very poor. I was unable to purchase the correct activity ,and it has gone through twice due to pop ups blocking the page as I was on trying to pay. Which meant that the transaction went through twice . Plus the activity has changed from 90 min ,to 60min activity. I have tried to contact via whats app but I'm still waiting for a reply. So money has been taken twice and for the wrong activity.This is so frustrating ,why is there no contact number so I can speak to someone in customer service? I'm very upset and this hasn't been resolved yet.

On the day we arrived the hospitality was lovely and welcoming. My partners treatment took a long time, which I thought was great as it was a birthday gift. When he exited the treatment room areas of his face looked inflammed& I reassured him it would calm down as he had just had a facial. However, when we left his face burned& certain areas were irritated. Again, I tried to reassure him but he felt embarrassed to go anywhere or carry out the rest of the birthday i had planned for him. I contacted the staff who were responsive via WhatsApp & gave basic tips to help the inflammation go down. This did not work. His face was burning him. My partner had the facial 3weeks ago and has been left with scars on certain areas of his face. I am very disappointed and also upset for him, as it was a birthday gift from me to him. I give 2stars and not one because the staff were lovely, have offered another treatment because of the experience. Neither of us are confident to return here for a treatment. My partner did not have any issues when in the treatment room and enjoyed the treatment itself, although said he could not relax as there was too much noise outside the room he was being treated in. A disappointing experience/gift overall.
