I purchased a smart watch on Wowcher. After weeks of waiting and promised deliveries, it never arrived. I asked for a full refund under my consumer rights. Wowcher offered me a credit to my wowcher wallet instead, with an additional £5 goodwill credit to my wowcher wallet, so I reluctantly accepted as I needed to order another item as it is for my son for Christmas. After spending hours if my time chasing and messaging Wowcher customer service, they eventually refunded the item as a credit to my wowcher wallet along with the £5 goodwill credit as an apology. Then the day after just as I was about to use the credit in my wowcher wallet to purchase another item, the £5 goodwill credit mysteriously disappeared without any reason or notification. So Wowcher clearly refused to refund me, then fobbed me off with a credit and even took back the goodwill credit just so they could say they resolved the complaint. This is an absolute disgrace. Which company offers a goodwill credit, you accept, then they sneakily go in and take it back out of your wowcher wallet. So now I have spent the past 2 weeks messaging back and forth to their totally disgraceful customer service on Whatsapp, email and messenger asking them to put back the £5 into my wowcher wallet as promised. Each and every one of them are ignorant, useless and wowcher is a company you cannot trust. My complaint is still not resolved after weeks. Wowcher is an absolute rip off company - I urge anyone do not waste your money - do not buy anything from wowcher. I will never ever buy anything from wowcher again.

Purchased a drum kit on the 21st November, I only purchased it as it stated delivery by 6th December , uk delivery !!! I have tried numerous ways to contact the company I purchased from but no joy , I have also tried to contact Wowcher via WhatsApp but no response either. I will never purchase from Wowcher again . Disgusting customer service/ support. Please don’t purchase from Wowcher

Ordered a mattress they took the money from my account and never sent the mattress only can contact them on WhatsApp I tried but they won't reply basically stole money from my account

I placed an order on12 Nov. £54.94 taken from my account on 14th Nov.contact from them saying my order was on hold. Wrote to them asking fir it to be delivered as they had taken the money. No reply. Tried phoning on number supposedly their help line. Recorded message say something which I couldn't hear and phone put down. Unless I have my goods delivered or money returned immediately I am reporting this as fraud and will post this as widely as possible on Social media. Respond to me now.

Absolutely dreadful experience. Nothing simple about how it works - and no support when you need it. My original purchase went wrong as the colour I wanted was not available - AFTER I had bought it. So I was given a wallet credit to use against a future purchase. Trying to use it today but it refuses to come up - except to allocate part of the credit against a one year membership of the VIP programme. Tried to get help via whatsApp - only to be told I might have to wait up to 48 hours before I get a reply. My credit is due to be deleted at midnight tonight - so I now LOSE my money. I will NEVER EVER buy through them again.

Bought holiday through wowcher had to redeem to pick dates he said they're available then s sum said our dates weren't available We couldn't do any other dates.he said he would tell wowcher it's not our fault but lied and said we cancelled at 1st wowcher kept saying they would pay money back when they received an email from travelolo now wowcher won't give our money back.insteaf offer wallet credit,but £731 credit is crazy It's upsetting and we rebooted another through wowcher as we thought we'd get a refund now we have been left in debt and paying interest and misses has anxiety and we told them this and they refuse to sit this out please please please don't use eowcher please don't use them as they are money grabbing and said wr have 3months then we lose that too

I’m trying to cancel my order I made before the money comes out of my bank account,I’ve sent a message on WhatsApp for them to say someone will get back to me with in 48 hours which is disgusting that I can’t stop it now

Terrible company. Tries to add all sorts on top of your product. Makes you pay additional shipping charges which it writes about in the small print and does not refund you when you try to contact them. Oh, and no customer service to speak of!

I placed an order in October for a product. The email came in confirming the order and saying the code would follow. So stupidly, I waited! Ive followed it up to be told the voucher expired with no refund!! Curt replies, no conversation or help. I had to chase their responses to get a reply initially anyway. Appalling service. No refund when they didn't do what they said. Their defence is that I could have logged on to my account at any time .. stupidly i believed their last email and waited for them to do their part. Never ever again!! What a rip off.

I have purchased from this company in the past but I won't be again I have been over charged,not received items and been charged for them returned items within the 14 days and not received any refund I have tried to contact them and they haven't replied

Really feeling let down with wowcher and it's the last time I'll be purchasing anything from here. I paid the items without any mention of delivery costs. After I purchased the items I had to redeem them and only after paying for delivery I would be able to receive the items I had already paid for. Feeling scammed. As it said I could click and collect for free but after purchasing when you redeem the items you realise that you can only collect from one single place in Derby. On top of that, since you cannot collect, now I have to wait 3 weeks to a month for the items, instead of 1 week. How wonderful!

I placed my order over a month ago and got confirmation email my goods were delivered however was never received- when I emailed Wowcher this they then passed me onto their supplier which I never ordered through! Again correspondence emails to be pushed from pillow to Post . Result still not received my order or refund and now not responding to Emails this is totally unacceptable and now taking further with trading standards and ombudsman. Do not use! Shockingly appalling useless customer service! I was gifted a spa wowcher and when I input the code I am meant to be sent a booking code to give to the spa to make my reservation. But I didn't receive the booking code despite numerous attempts. Have asked customer device 6 rimes and they just repeategly ask me for the same information without progressing or helping me. Am genuinely shocked. Save your money and stay well away!,

DONT WASTE ££ ON THE MATRESS OFFER/DEAL Looks nothing like the picture, is thin and of poor quality. There is NO WAY the mattress that has been delivered was £600+ RIP OFF

If I could give it 0 stars then I would. What a load of rubbish. Ordered 2no Stranger Things advent calendars, made in somebody's bedroom. One turned up in 5 days damaged and the other one is still to arrive more than a month later. However, I have had a message to say it was delivered. When you look at the tracker, it was delivered to an address in Birmingham somehow. I live in the middle of Norfolk. I suspect I won't see the money. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
