“I tried to order windchimes from you. Gave all my details. At the last minute ‘oops something went wrong’ and I couldn’t continue the order. So I found an alternative on e-bay which have been delivered. Then noticed you had taken £18.99 out of my account. I have nothing to show for my £18.99 and would appreciate a refund please”

“Do NOT use this useless company. They messed my order up and you can’t speak to a human being. Everything is done through email and WhatsApp and every time you message or email them it’s the same automated message you get back every time. I’m still having issues now trying to get my money back and it’s been nearly 2 weeks. 110% never use this company.”

“I have been trying to return 2 x deck chairs which i ordered for my mum who has terminal cancer. They came broken and were very flimsy. You cannot contact customer service by phone. Only by WhatsApp. After multiple conversations i get put through to Buyer Empire who arrange collection however i reiterated the address as it was delivered to my mums address. I replied thank you and the advisor replied "hm" which is slang for high maintenance. This company is a joke. I will not be buying again from them. I own a business my self and if i spoke to my customers like that i would not have any business. I wasn't even rude and been polite throughout. Very angry and stressed sorting it out at a difficult time within our family.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought 11 adult tickets to South Lakes Safari Park but didn’t realise printing them was mandatory. When I arrived at the zoo, the guy serving me said he could pricematch the tickets and he would take the codes so that it could be matched with Wowcher and then I’d be able to get a refund. However getting hold of Wowcher is a mission in itself, after 4 days I finally got a response - that no refund would be applied as the merchant had refused it. She then rudely told me she was sorry I wasn’t happy but she was ending the chat. I’ve written an official complaint and 2 days later got another one line response - no refund once purchased. I’ve spoken with the zoo who have confirmed they have not refused the refund and have actually emailed Wowcher on my behalf. Still nothing. I will take this further but one thing is for sure I will NEVER use Wowcher again. Aside from any of this they advertise a 14 day refund no quibble guarantee…..but they do not honour this or seem to even want to acknowledge it. An absolute disgrace.”

“I have given it one star as I got the voucher unfortunately it cost me £51 96p instead of £16 99 as the decided to take three payments out of my bank I've message emailed phoned all get cut off avoid this site I am now going through the ombudsman this was my first and last experience with them never again”

“Horrendous experience trying to get a refund from wowcher. I purchased a wowcher and the link on the email to redeem the wowcher didn't work. Therefore, I have been unable to use the wowcher and want a refund. Now when I login on my laptop it says expired and when I login on the app it says redeemed. I have tried for 5 days in a row to contact customer service and I am unsure if the responses I am getting are from a bot or a human as they are not making sense. The answers I am getting dont relate to my complaint and they take 24 hours at least to respond to each extra message on whatsapp so there is no conversation just a huge delay. I cant believe how a large company like wowcher have such absolutely appealing customer service.”

“They took my son's money and refused to refund hem. They asked more money to redeem and now saying the voucher expired. Very bad with communication and feedback takes ages. I need my money back otherwise I will go everywhere putting bad reviews over Wowcher. “One of the worse experiences, in fact still on going. Placed order, took payment only to inform me that they do not deliver to my post code. Contacted by whatsapp, 6 days ago no reply, contacted on twitter, no reply, simply automated emails. Go to website to ask for refund and the page does not work, contact number is just a waste of time, they clearly do not want to talk to their customers. Currently over 250 out of pocket, and looking like my bank will have to claim this back. Never Ever use this company complete disgrace.”

“Very bad would never order from here again. Took my money and can't deliver to my address. Do not order as they are terrible. Caused me so much stress. Can't get my money back or talk to a real person. Just a chat line where they ask the same questions over and over and don't do anything. Stay clear.”

“Never again. N-E-V-E-R. The whole scheme is not explained well, you have to be stuck on emails all the time and go through a complex chain of various actions to redeem a voucher. There is no a live person to talk to. Delivery was failed, agents don't respond and all they want you is to contact the 'merchant'. THEY are the merchant, they sold it to me! its a joke. Don't touch them if you can help it. Still waiting for a response from the 'merchant'...”

“I wish I never ordered from em , I keep getting bombarded with emails that are very confusing and don't make sense plus contradict there prievus email. Never again . Plus you can't get a telephone number as they don't use phones anymore, the only way you can contact them is through twitter or some other site wich I tried to scan bar code and wouldn't except me. So many hrs I've spent on this messed up site. Wich I can't use as I'm 53 years of age . And you took my money. Be lazy will not grow your company well. J lambert”
