“Would give zero if I could. Totally f**d up my order, had incorrect merchant address details and ended up going somewhere random. Merchant totally incompetent not ever having record of me booking an appoitment with them. Wowcher has the nerve to claim their T&Cs don't allow refund but instead gave me credit which I did not want. I wanted my money back because they messed up, not me. And now they penalise the customer. Pathetic, non-existent customet service, daylight robbers. Avoid, avoid, avoid! No deal is worth these cowboy tactics.”

“Purchased a solar fountain which was electric. Truth hidden in the fine print. Useless customer service no customer care. If you see something you like check out eBay at least there is customer protection and often cheaper prices”

“For the second time I am out of pocket, vouchers purchased as gifts that the salon won't honour and wowcher won't refund, apparently i could have another wowcher credit but not the money I paid !!! Watch out for these guys!!! Never will i be using these again.”

“Wowcher is the worst shop I have ever shopped from in my entire life, wowcher is nothing but a big SCAM, I wonder if wowcher knows the quality of what they sell or they are just marketing products for their own gain, even the worst country in the world with the lowest quality control will not pass any of those goods for customers to purchase , all the six products I bought from wowcher are from the worst quality I have ever seen, I suggest wowcher should just close down this site and stop misleading people since they do not have any idea of the product they market. From me it is 0/100 star, my biggest loss of the year is from buying from wowcher. I am so pained to have even found the site. Its a pure waste of about £110 pound at this hard time around the world. It's a big shame on wowcher. I can never recommend wowcher to my worst enemy.”

“Paid for goods, upon ordering it says £3.99 delivery when on Wowcher advert it clearly read " FREE DELIVERY" So item advertised at £8.99 now isn't the bargain it first appeared. I wont be using them again. Worst is you can go and complain and they have a WhatsApp number but they will start a conversation when they want and dont allow you sufficient time to reply before they close the complaint. DONT BE TAKEN IN BY THEIR DEALS”

“I have nothing but issues with the wowcher code I have been in contact with so called support who I'm still waiting to hear from what is the whats app for if I have to wait 24hrs for a reply to redeem a voucher that was due to be redeemed on the same day I purchased it Not Good Enough if I could give a minus I would”

“Avoid wowcher, they're basically committing fraud. Took my money, won't let me use the voucher and refuse to speak to me. They've been sent multiple screenshots and messages with the issue and refused to engage and I'm now seeking legal advice to get my money back.”

“Don't use Wowcher for hotels, just book directly to the hotel instead. My flight was cancelled and could not cancel the hotel reservation because Wowcher says you cant regardless of unforseen events. They don't even have a phone line, you can only chat them and they respond after 2 days. First time using it and it's an absolute nightmare.”

“Absolutely appalled it’s my first experience but I won’t be using it again . I purchased a portable shed!!! You’ve taken the money and I’ve received no product!!! I’ve gone to your customer service and explained what had happened…. It repeatedly said it didn’t understand what I was saying!!!! You was certainly quick at taking my money but fail to execute. You was supposed to call me but at 22:45 pm I am now off to bed. I’m applaud I feel extremely let down You didn’t deliver but you took my money…. No email to confirm delivery!!!! Extremely unprofessional. I would like my money back and forget the order. I will expect a apology for the audacity at your earliest convenience Regards Nicola Fountain”

“Do not try and get a refund as it is near on impossible. You get passed around from the Web chat on WhatsApp to customer services and back again . I am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later for a refund. This is even after a refund was authorised.”

“Very unreliable service I never recommend to anyone because their customer service very bad. Even WhatsApp contact link is useless, they never reply. I bought a kids car but they still didn't deliver, it was birthday gift. When I try to contact they didn't response. I'm very upset for my order because its not cheap it was more than £100”

“DO NOT BUY THE LAKE COMO TRIP. PTC Travel are absolute scam artists working in cahoots with Wowcher. Took my money, never got in touch when they were supposed to within 2 working days, then tried to charge me an extra £69 per person for the dates which I bought. It is a scam. Trying to get a refund has been near impossible with PTC Travel as even though there is nothing booked for the price apparently they cannot refund it with the airline? The money has just gone into their pockets. THe manager was argumentative and down right rude after mebeing on the phone for 2 hours yesterday. To clarify I placed the order 12 May. Funnily enough they told me it was ATOL protected .... WHAT WAS?! Wowcher have not yet responded, but respond to my PayPal case instantly.”
