“the lady I dealt with is brilliant and I'm happy I was helped out. However I still don't know whether I am on the singing course, I have tried to redeem it but it doesn't confirm so I have only given her 5 stars I'm afraid. needs to be easier for thickos like me !”

“Scam company, take your money but you never see the item you have paid for!. Only way to contact them is via Whatsapp. Then it's the same old Bull every time you contact them. It's with the courier and we are still waiting for them to get back to us! What for 4 weeks, total SCAM Company - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!”

“They take your money from your account then they want you to pay £5+ for delivery, the delivery charges should be on the payment page NOT on a different page so you can make the choice of either carrying on with your payment or cancelling, would avoid them like the plague.”

“DO NOT USE WOWCHER.WORST customer service experience.The whole process of buying is quite confusing ,I spent 2 days on whatsup to get a refund as they are very reluctant in confirming it, having to wait 24 hrs for someone to answer my query if you dont reply straight away they will close the conversation and have to go through all process and wait another 24 hrs.”

“I bought a 4000 pocket sprung mattress but it is awful. Do not buy it. My son is very skinny and can feel the base of the bed through it.”

“Terrible service, first I was unable to redeem my voucher as my postcode was recognised, then ‘one years VIP service’ was automatically added to my basket, then I was charged twice for two items from the same merchant. Unable to speak to a human for 24hrs from customer service then through the What’s app customer service they didn’t answer my question then ignored me. Will never use again!”
