“Awfull service. Purchased apple watch on 6th December, redeemed voucher same day and paid for next day delivery. No watch deliverd and its the 12th of December. Sent 5 emails and several phone calls to Renew Electronics, but no response. Absolutely disgusting service.”

“Please don't order the Mystery travel deal! We did and were offered a flight from stansted Faro for 2 nights flying back to Gatwick!! When I queried this the girl was extremely unhelpful and only offered an upgrade to fly back to the stansted!! So the cost so far is £198 to wowcher, £58 to travelodeal for the 'upgrade' to fly back to the same airport! The deal is 2 nights room only so we have all our meals plus flying Ryanair with only basic laptop size luggage each. I am so not impressed”

“Do not buy k18 50ml £9.99. It’s 100%fake. They do not refund you unless the items been damaged, counterfeit doesn’t count. You don’t know what in it as there’s no ingredients listed on the bottle. Very bad customer service from Wowcher they don’t look after you”

“Redemption process very confusing. I ordered a Christmas jumper that appeared to be at a good price until I did the redemption and found out it will not be delivered until 27/12 and I had to pay an extra £4.99 for delivery. I could have ordered the same jumper for cheaper on Amazon and with express delivery for next day!”

If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will credit refund to your Wowcher/Livingsocial account as a gesture of goodwill, this is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “I have had an issue a couple of times with Wowcher. I paid for extra for fast delivery and didn't get unt a week later. I contacted the merchant company and didn't get reply so contacted Wowcher and they email the merchant. I have to wait 3 days every time for a reply to my emails. No refunds have been made or resolved. Merchant said they will not refund full delivery payment just the extra I paid even tho I no longer need the item as it was over a week late! I also have to pay for return of something that was way to late lol is this a joke? Wowcher just say wait for merchant to reply... And they don't until I have to keep contacting Wowcher and then they email merchant and so on. It's now been nearly 4 weeks. Wowcher should be responsible for the merchant and help customer and then sort it out with merchant after!!!! As they can clearly see contact is being made but no results. It clearly says 14 refund no worries!!! I've had nothing but worry and headache over this. Also they show prices use to be very high showing us quality is excellent went they are not! Be careful everyone as it's Xmas and you don't want your money in limbo”

“Ordered 2 of the same items cost me double the delivery price which ended up £15. Could have got it elsewhere cheaper and wouldn't be waiting 2 weeks for delivery. I don't usually complain but that's most things I have ordered that's just not worth the money.”

“I purchased a wowcher for a 2 course meal and a comedy show with drinks. So I book a hotel in London as we live in Northamptonshire. Pay a small fortune in train fares. Arrive at the venue to be told we are the only ones booked and they weren't putting the comedy on. We left and I am flaming furious!!! What will be done as far as a refund is concerned and paying towards our totally unnecessary expenses? First time I've ever used wowcher and what a sham!”

“I purchased a car for my grandson and it’s my first time purchasing online as I’m new to using emails but I did not realise u had to redeem a voucher and now I don’t get the car and they r refusing to refund my £60 I’m absolutely devastated over this as I can’t afford to be out that money !! Can’t believe they can just keep my money while I don’t get the item or a refund I will never ever try to use this company again and definitely would warn anyone who like me is not good at purchasing online or reading emails to never purchase anything from this company”

“Absolutely disgusting company DO NOT USE!! Things seems good price tben totally overcharged on delivery . Ordered chairs paid £15 separate for delivery was told couldn’t have my £69:99 back for chairs was issued with a credit instead . Never got my delivery back . Your Credit last 3 months then they remove it so all in all I lost £85 no fault of my own . Only way to contact is whatapp they answer you then completely ignore you no complaints process . DO NOT USE !”

“Due a refund from my travel wowcher which travel merchant approved on their shared portal with wowcher. But wowcher refuse to acknowledge keeping saying same thing over again asking for proof, which i supplied, which has annoyed the merchant as they dont understand this extra step. I am so annoyed as I have been a loyal customer. £330 refused to return! Practically stealing!”

“If I could give zero stars I would I purchased a Mac book which never turned the firm it was coming from apparently does not exist speaking to someone at wowcher all they could say is we will contact firm which is impossible as they do not exist also the person I spoke to was very curt with a rude tone I will never use them again”
