“I have paid cash for 2 items. Then recieved an email saying i had joined a savings club. At the cost of 15 pound a month. I did not agree to this so ive cancelled. Iv emailed and messaged and still no reply and no confrirmation my orders are even on there way. Nothing.”

“Absolutely awful company! Do not bother with them. The website lies, it said free next day delivery. I bought the voucher, redeemed it and then had to pay for next day delivery. 3 days later I still haven't received the product. I then tried to use their WhatsApp customer services. This was pointless, I got told I'd get a response in 24 hours. I got a bot reply randomly the next, that batted me off and I had to then try and submit it again, guess what 24 more hours. I got a reply from what appeared to be some who then told me it was noting to do with them and they are passing it on. I didn't get a chance to reply, my only reward was yet another 24 hours wait. The issue still isn't resolved.”

“I haven't received a fan I ordered on Monday 15th July, but they have taken payment from my bank. I've found it impossible to get in touch with them, and not once have they contacted me with a delivery date, they do however still send emails to me with their latest offers! Customer service is non existent, I've tried many ways to get in touch and failed. Avoid at all costs!”

“Wowcher never take responsibility for items you don’t receive! DO NOT USE!! THE MERCHANTS PROVIDE POD’s of places that are irrelevant and impossible to to identify but they stick with the fact that’s the picture of it delivered. Even if it’s the wrong suburb! Dishonest and terrible at resolution.”

“THE WORSE EXPERIANCE I HAVE EVER HAD, THEY DELIEVERED ME A BADLY FAULTY PARRASOL, THEY HAVE HAD THE FAULTY PRODUCT BACK 3 WEEKS, THEY ORGANINSED UPS TO COLLECT, UPS COLLECTED IT AND DELIVERED IT TO DW CLARKE AND SONS ON THE 14TH JUNE AND I HAVE PROOF WOWCHER ARE SAYING THEY DO NOT HAVE IT AND I AM TO CHASE THE DELIVERY COMPANY, WHOM HAVE TOLD ME ITS BEEN DELIEVERED , DW WHITE ARE SAYING THEY ARE JUST THERE WEARHOUSE AND CAN NOT AND WILL NOT HELP, I HAVE EMAILED WOWCHER 48 TIMES AND MADE 10 CALLS AND GOT NO WEAR WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM....NO ONE CAN HELP THIS COMPANY NEED REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS HOW CAN THEY TREAT HONEST PEOPLE THIS WAY, THIS HAS CAUSED ME NOTHING BUT STRESS AND FRUSTRATION DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Would give zero if I could. Totally f**d up my order, had incorrect merchant address details and ended up going somewhere random. Merchant totally incompetent not ever having record of me booking an appoitment with them. Wowcher has the nerve to claim their T&Cs don't allow refund but instead gave me credit which I did not want. I wanted my money back because they messed up, not me. And now they penalise the customer. Pathetic, non-existent customet service, daylight robbers. Avoid, avoid, avoid! No deal is worth these cowboy tactics.”

“Purchased a solar fountain which was electric. Truth hidden in the fine print. Useless customer service no customer care. If you see something you like check out eBay at least there is customer protection and often cheaper prices”

“Wowcher is the worst shop I have ever shopped from in my entire life, wowcher is nothing but a big SCAM, I wonder if wowcher knows the quality of what they sell or they are just marketing products for their own gain, even the worst country in the world with the lowest quality control will not pass any of those goods for customers to purchase , all the six products I bought from wowcher are from the worst quality I have ever seen, I suggest wowcher should just close down this site and stop misleading people since they do not have any idea of the product they market. From me it is 0/100 star, my biggest loss of the year is from buying from wowcher. I am so pained to have even found the site. Its a pure waste of about £110 pound at this hard time around the world. It's a big shame on wowcher. I can never recommend wowcher to my worst enemy.”

“Paid for goods, upon ordering it says £3.99 delivery when on Wowcher advert it clearly read " FREE DELIVERY" So item advertised at £8.99 now isn't the bargain it first appeared. I wont be using them again. Worst is you can go and complain and they have a WhatsApp number but they will start a conversation when they want and dont allow you sufficient time to reply before they close the complaint. DONT BE TAKEN IN BY THEIR DEALS”

“I have nothing but issues with the wowcher code I have been in contact with so called support who I'm still waiting to hear from what is the whats app for if I have to wait 24hrs for a reply to redeem a voucher that was due to be redeemed on the same day I purchased it Not Good Enough if I could give a minus I would”

“Avoid wowcher, they're basically committing fraud. Took my money, won't let me use the voucher and refuse to speak to me. They've been sent multiple screenshots and messages with the issue and refused to engage and I'm now seeking legal advice to get my money back.”

“Don't use Wowcher for hotels, just book directly to the hotel instead. My flight was cancelled and could not cancel the hotel reservation because Wowcher says you cant regardless of unforseen events. They don't even have a phone line, you can only chat them and they respond after 2 days. First time using it and it's an absolute nightmare.”
