Absolutely appalled it’s my first experience but I won’t be using it again . I purchased a portable shed!!! You’ve taken the money and I’ve received no product!!! I’ve gone to your customer service and explained what had happened…. It repeatedly said it didn’t understand what I was saying!!!! You was certainly quick at taking my money but fail to execute. You was supposed to call me but at 22:45 pm I am now off to bed. I’m applaud I feel extremely let down You didn’t deliver but you took my money…. No email to confirm delivery!!!! Extremely unprofessional. I would like my money back and forget the order. I will expect a apology for the audacity at your earliest convenience Regards Nicola Fountain

Do not try and get a refund as it is near on impossible. You get passed around from the Web chat on WhatsApp to customer services and back again . I am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later for a refund. This is even after a refund was authorised.

Why would a voucher that you’ve paid for expire after only 30 days with no other option to extend it. The biggest con going, this should be illegal.

Very unreliable service I never recommend to anyone because their customer service very bad. Even WhatsApp contact link is useless, they never reply. I bought a kids car but they still didn't deliver, it was birthday gift. When I try to contact they didn't response. I'm very upset for my order because its not cheap it was more than £100

DO NOT BUY THE LAKE COMO TRIP. PTC Travel are absolute scam artists working in cahoots with Wowcher. Took my money, never got in touch when they were supposed to within 2 working days, then tried to charge me an extra £69 per person for the dates which I bought. It is a scam. Trying to get a refund has been near impossible with PTC Travel as even though there is nothing booked for the price apparently they cannot refund it with the airline? The money has just gone into their pockets. THe manager was argumentative and down right rude after mebeing on the phone for 2 hours yesterday. To clarify I placed the order 12 May. Funnily enough they told me it was ATOL protected .... WHAT WAS?! Wowcher have not yet responded, but respond to my PayPal case instantly.

Ordered a watch in October for my father for Xmas. Did not turn up and I was told it would be delivered after Xmas. Paid £150 but still waiting for delivery from World Wide Watches. Have e mailed Wowcher numerous times and sent recorded delivery letter with no response. My advice to people would be don't touch Wowcher with a barge pole.

Customer Self-Services What an absolute shower! Last summer I got a load of work done in the garden and I ordered a garden set consisting of six chairs, four stools and a table from wowcher at the end of January to finish off the whole thing. You’d think this would be a pretty basic transaction, they had the stock, I had the money, I pay, they deliver. Apparently Wowcher and it’s delivery partner Panther had other ideas. The first time I knew something was amiss was when I noticed that one box was missing, Panther’s driver seemed a little inconvenienced when I mentioned this but did confirm that one box had been damaged and therefore had been rejected and returned by Panther. A good sign of a conscientious delivery firm, unless you expect some form of follow up. Apparently because the box had been damaged and rejected by the courier it was my job to chase up and request a replacement. I did speak to someone at Panther who was a lot more helpful than the email exchange which seemed to be adamant that it was my problem. I was assured that they had requested a replacement box. So I decided to see what had been delivered and build what I could. It was flat pack and the instructions were as incomprehensible as normal but I was quite happy to crack on as it wasn’t my first flat pack rodeo. It was ok and I had my chairs, stools and table frame, it also solved the mystery of the contents of the missing box. It was only the glass table tops so nothing fundamental to a table and chair set. Fortunately the cover had been sent so I duly covered it and waited for the missing box as promised. Problem was it never came. I followed up with Panther and was redirected to Wowcher with what appeared to be a fairly typical Panther, “it’s not my problem mate” attitude, which was nice. I contacted Wowcher’s WhatsApp group, which could be seen as a ‘moving with the times’ way to connect with your customers or an absolute cop out and avoidance of dealing with people as they are, you know, people. After being bounced around a queue or two with the promise they they aim to respond to my query within 24 hours, I got a response. I was then told that I would receive the missing items at the end of March, only two months after the initial delivery, I’ll skip over the painful process to get that information. Problem was it never came (that’s not a typo, it’s a recurring theme). I followed up because heaven forbid that the supplier would contact the customer to say that they weren’t going to deliver as promised, again. Needless to say at this point I had little faith in wowcher’s attitudes to customer service. Now I’m not saying that I found those in customer services (a term I use loosely in this case you’ll understand) particularly helpful but I do lay the blame firmly at how wowcher appear to have set up their customer services. Ask for something to be escalated, it doesn’t happen; ask to speak to a person, it can’t be done; ask for some confirmation of shipping, not possible. The basics of shipping goods to customers and dealing with failures in that process seem to be something which wowcher is not set up to deal with. I was told to let them know if the third delivery date was missed, my job to manage their deliveries. Apparently they haven’t got a clue what’s going on until their customers tell them. Even when I asked for an update I got nothing. So I gave up and asked for a refund. I know have a glass table top. My last message from them asks me to confirm that I have received the item, apparently a company which ships goods to customers is not au fait with term Proof of Delivery. If they want confirmation (which I very much doubt they care about) they can whistle if they think they’re getting it from me. If you are considering buying anything from wowcher, don’t. The product won’t wow you, the service won’t and if you have cause to complain you definitely won’t be wowed. Next time I want a wow a day, I will not be going to wowcher.co.uk, I’d rather push drawing pins into my testicles for three months, it’d be less painful.

Booked a 2 night stay in Cumbria at a cost of 139 hotel closed its doors the day we were too arrive thankfully they emailed us trying to get intouch with you is a joke emailed twice no reply live chat is a waste of time if your not there when you call back there is no follow up you have to start again no live chat available when you start suppose that's connvient for you to call its 30p a minute not happening and I know what's coming next a copy and paste reply from you have seen the complaints on your site

Untrustworthy, ordered an Ipad and a hoover vacuum on 16 Decemver 2021 to date have not received either despite my trying to get in touch with them which is almost impossible. That's my money gone down the drain and into their pockets. The worst online company to buy from. STAY AWAY from Wowcher if you don't want to lose your hard earned money. Never again will I be stupid enough to order from them no matter how cheap and good the offer looks. It's all a scam believe me

I was disappointed to find I had to pay more for postage (I could have bought linen dungarees for the total price). I waited for weeks for these blue dungarees- they arrived on the very last day they were expected. These are the cheapest looking piece of clothing i have ever seen. Cotton threads loose, thread count so low you can see through the fabric. Last time i used Wowcher i had a bad experience and said i would never use again. I did and will never ever use them again. AWFUL

Bought a deal and there's a miscommunication between the merchant and Wowcher. Cannot get hold of Wowcher customer service to resolve the issue. After waiting for 28 hours, I got a customer service assistant and the assistant just left the conversation without even properly listening and understanding to my query that I am suffering for either Wowcher's mistake or the merchant's. I had to contact Wowcher again and I was asked to wait for another 24 hours to talk to a customer service assistant and no one got back after 48 hours. I then contacted and a customer service assistant just turned up saying "how can I help?" and it's been 2 hours the assistant is not found anywhere! WORST customer service ever in the World! I feel pity for me! Will never repeat this mistake buying anything from Wowcher!

Ordered an item and they have claimed payment.Item not received and I have been unable to contact wowcher. Warning I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS CO again as I have been unable to contact their customer service to discuss the situation

Really poor customer service, so difficult to get any useful help. They've probably cut loads of jobs so there's no one at hand to help. And to top it all off... the code we bought from them doesn't even work to redeem the gift. Go to groupon instead - they are way better

Part of my order missing, still waiting for someone to contact me from the customer service. You can only ring the customer service to order but if a problem you have to use WhatsApp or post, WhatsApp wait is 3 days so still waiting even if they said 24h

If i could give Wowcher zero out of 5 i would. Ordered a bedframe last Saturday but info didn't give exact bed measurements, whether it was flat packed or arrived intact & another technical query. On purchase you get a voucher which needs redeeming within 7 days. Only way to contact them was by WhatsApp & it was 3 days before I got a reply & of course it was a robot. Since then I've swapped 83 messages with them where they disregard the same questions I've now sent 8 times & just tell me to redeem voucher. Feel like throwing my phone out of the window! Now they're saying ots the end of the conversation because I'm using a different tel.no than previously ....erm I don't think so. I've managed to find a phone no online but why don't Companies using Chatbots realise that 9/10 they can't answer questions & just serve to infuriate & antagonise their customers? I'm now going to cancel my order & spend £100 more to buy one from a local store in protest.

I placed an order for some garden furniture. Order number is 41614851. Firstly the advert was misleading as they had no information about shipping costs. I made the order with wowcher for £599 and only to find out after making the first payment that another £50 is to be paid to get delivery. Anyway after going back and forth I just made the payment for both the product and a separate payment for delivery which they asked for. The delivery was due by 16th May and I have tried to contact wowcher on many occasions and all I keep getting is someone will reply back in 24 hours and I don't get a reply. I am now out of pocket of £650 with no delivery made for my items and no response or information from wowcher. I would stay away and never purchase from them again.
