Placed order on 7th Feb. Still waiting delivery it 3rd March. Three promises Agent will phone within 24 hrs Nobody phoned yet. This must be worst company I have ever dealt with. Acts like a scam operation.

Please will somebody contact me. It appears I have bought this clothes drier 3 times and I have no idea why I cannot have the one I want confirmed and sent to me. I would like the other two purchases on my card cancelled, and a human being to talk to me about how to redeem the one I want. Hugh Jenkins

Paid in full. Redeemed the Wowchers. Paid the unexpected postage. £19.98. Assured of delivery. 27/2/2023. No goods. No customer service. Only automated replies to emails. £330 out of pocket. Never Again.

Recently purchased a wowher for a bed and mattress for my disabled mum only to receive a damaged/faulty bed, a head board completely different colour to the bed and No mattress. I have contacted them for a 1 month now still nothing. No response or refund. Disgusting

I ordered 1 V5 video doorbell. But you took a payment out of my account for 2 V5s I bought from you a V5 video doorbell. Supposed to come with free video storage. Have had to pay £28.00 for my storage. Otherwise I can’t play back my videos you are a scam company

This company will rip you off, do not deal with these cheating people. I have sold holiday homes breaks for years with this company and now they choose to screw me. They are a load of cheats whose word stands for nothing. Unless you have time to read a 25 page contract do not trust them they will lie to you.

Never received pillows that I paid for . A smokescreen of subscriptions and vouchers is used to draw people in to spending more and paying more for goods they want . No better than thieves

Every thing you advertise is misleading,there is no mention of postage and packaging until right at the end when you've already taken my money for the product, it's a total con,you should not be allowed to even trade,never again!!!

Never ever again! Very disappointed! I purchased a helicopter ride vaucher, but I couldn't use it because there were no dates available for the event that I needed it for. I got nothing in exchange, no refund , no credit , no possibility for using it on another vaucher. They told me a have redeemed it, which is not true because I have not booked a date !! Before that I tried to exchange the wowcher for credit or a different vaucher,they told me their policy is having to wait 72h after purchased, to be able to use those options. Well right after the 72h passed , the exchange vaucher button on their website disappeared! skamed me really well.

Ordered a mattress topper through Wowcher and company Durest. This has now gone in for over 1:month and still no delivery. Wowcher are not helpful at all, keep telling me to contact supplier or wait for 72'hours after emailing. I have emailed both companies numerous times, gone on for over a month, no product, no refund and now no response. This company has bad reviews for non delivery and taking people's money. Wowcher are fronting this fake/false company and taking no responsibility for this

WOWCHER took 9 separate payments for 1 item. BANK refunded me within 30 minutes after repeated messages from me to WOWCHER got generic computer generated waffle. WOWCHER don't accept phonecalls. Use WHATTSAPP a way to prolong agony. 5 emails to CEO IGNORED.. Take a bow ROLAND BRYAN.

Used wowcher to buy a hairdryer a couple of years ago and the hairdryer was delivered faulty. It was returned and we had asked and got a credit however, wowcher kept taking money from our account every month without our permission! Despite numerous telephone calls the debits continued for 3 months until we got our bank to stop them and credit our account. This was despite the item being fully paid for! Wowcher were most unhelpful and didn't give a wotsit for us or our situation and made no attempts to correct the situation! As long as Wowcher had the money then that's all that mattered. This should have been resolved at the first month but it wasn't. No apology,nothing, my wife arranged it with our bank all by herself as I was in hospital, as if she didn't have enough on her plate but to fight a poorly run company with a greed for illegal self funding via poor business practice and accounting procedures. CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE PITFALLS OF SHOPPING WITH A COMPANY THAT OPERATES WITH NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AS AND WHEN THINGS GO WRONG. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT OFFERED AND OUR EMAILS AND CALLS WERE ALL IGNORED WHEN WE NEEDED YOUR HELP THE MOST! CUSTOMERS SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE USING WOWCHER AS IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG THERE IS NOT THE HELP, ASSISTANCE OR BACKUP IF NEEDED.

Ordered a smart watch compatible with iOS phone received a cheap plastic watch that doesn’t even turn on .. wasn’t aware that I was buying a voucher and that they use a third party bellap ltd .. nothing like the watch showing on wowcher advertisement

Charged 4 times value of goods £175 for goods costing £45 Now being fobbed off. Reported WOWCHER to TRADING STANDARDS and FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN.

WOWCHER CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT. WOWCHER have charged me £174.38 for goods costing less than £45 an overcharge of £130. Charging me 4 times value of goods. I have now asked WOWCHER to collect and refund for good delivered. To date WOWCHER CUSTOMER SERVICES have responded to my formal legal communications with nonsense. 3 emails to CEO ROLAND BYRES ignored and unanswered. I now intend reporting WOWCHER to TRADING STANDARDS and FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN. I believe WOWCHER should not have a credit licence to offer credit facilities. I have over 25 years retail experience and WOWCHER are by some margin the most unprofessional and least competent company i have dealt with. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS. WOWCHER don't accept phonecalls communicating by WHATTSAPP with what appears to be computer generated rubbish. I am happy to put all communication between myself and WOWCHER in public domain.
