“Dear Sirs Thank you for your survey. I have no idea if 1 or 5 is 'most likely' or not. I would definitely not recommend Wowcher to anybody based on my current experience. I have a voucher which I want to cancel but it seems impossible to do so as I do not have a smart phone. I tried to contact you on my wife's phone but to no avail. I sent a message to the chat room but had no replies. Please cancel this voucher for me or I will never ever use you again. Order No 40365655. I believe the code is:- 2XVB4Y42H79H but I'm not 100% sure this correct. I do alot of on-line purchasing and I never have these sort of problems. Your system seems far too complicated to me and like other senior citizens I find it too hard to navigate. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely Kenneth Packer”

“Saw Apple air pod pro via Wowcher advertised as £299 down to £139, at first glance you would expect it to be new at that price £299. Quickly purchased what a bargain, then I was directed to another Company UK Group limited to exchange the Wowcher coupons. It ended up that they were reconditioned ( and they normally sell at £299 reconditioned?) What a scam, very glossy advertising don't be fooled like me, read the small print.”

“Watch what your ordering!!!!! I ordered 1 of the mystery boxes what a shambles I should have read reviews 1st it has just arrived everything in the box must add up to £4 and it’s a mess how a company like Wowcher can work with a company that sends this out is beyond me!!! Also the person throwing the products in the box must be embarrassed sending this out!!!! Please it’s so close to Christmas don’t order and be let down …”

“Ordered myself some blanket hoodies as Christmas presents for family and fair enough it was from a site called express deals through Wowcher but I only received 2 of the 4 but it said all 4 had been delivered and there’s no option to contact the company about this only through email to which I’ve had no response. Absolutely awful communication and customer service on both parts and cannot believe Wowcher run their company like this. No other option to help customers who haven’t received their items and absolutely will not be buying from here again avoid Express Deals and Wowcher full stop. Can’t believe they do business with companies like this who profit from scamming people.”

“Where do I start: booked a spa and treatment for me and a friend today turned up was greeted by a receptionist and ushered into a wierd holding pen to fill out a disclaimer form which was the first red flag, after ten minutes I decided to approach the reception desk where I was told someone that someone will be along shortly by a lady who looked like she had been drafted in by an agency to do that one simple task we was then told it was time for out treatment which I thought was weird as I was expecting to have my swim and sauna first but anyway were here now so I went with it was told to strip off and lay down onto the massage beds and left alone for another 5 mins when some one came in and said sorry we cant find your booking and some other couple were waiting to come in for there treatment I was baffled to say the least so I showed her my booking confirmation via email the staff were apologetic but lost and seemed clueless but hey ho were only human so I suggested we go into the spa and pool area and let them work out there misdemeanors this is were things really took a turn for the worse, so here we are in the swim sauna and pool area first port of call secure your lock theres plenty of them but wait there's no key or locking device on any so back to reception, "excuse me is there a locking devise for the changing room locked where I was presented with two combination padlock I thought lovely I'll just trot on through the ladys changing area and explain to my friend that this is how we roll by now I guess there is not alot of hope for this place the wow in wowcher has really surpassed me but hey ho I want a sauna and spa experience so let's go once I entered the pool area I noticed a cool breeze, a breath of fresh air you might think but oh know just a lack of heating due to a broken down boiler which to be fair was told to me in my earlier confirmation booking but sugar coated to be a pool temperature problem it was only 28 degrees instead of the usual 30 degrees however the jacuzzi is working let's have a dip along as I keep my shoulders below water we wont notice the lack of central heating, big mistake as on leaving the jacuzzi to hit the steam room the chill in the air was undisquisable and to top it all off the steam room was actually out of order but hey by now I'm steaming anyway so lets move on to the sauna which is where I can't really fault the place it was a hot dry heat a bit like pearl harbour! All I can say is wow please dony order a Christmas tree and take back any overdue library books as I doubt you'll see the new year in, the management did offer me free repeat visit but promised the treatment would be as expected from a buyers point of view and apologised for the horrendous experience, as much of a Nobel gesture this was it certainly wasn't benefiting the people and I've declined a return visit so if you could kindly refund me that would be great and we will take the matter no further, I look forward to your reply many thanks.
