“If I could give nothing I would. I have used wowcher o. The past so whe. I contacted wowcher via WhatsApp as needed some information on a product instead of them saying they didn’t know about the item (I was informed the item was 5 foot actual size 10 inches !! they gave me completely inaccurate information resulting in me Buying the product and paying postage. I have since tried to contact them and they do not respond or take any responsibility I will never ever use wowcher again”

“Would not recommend. Wowcher, you need to sort out your third party companies who you are partnering with (forefront trading) You also need to sort out your customer service processes. Both are shambolic. I finally received a refund for a faulty air styler that did. not. work. but did not receive the return postage of £8.95. Why should I be out of pocket when it was a faulty and poor quality item? Forefront trading said I cant prove it is faulty so I am not getting it back! All you have to do is turn it on and you can see and hear it is faulty!! Read the reviews on Trustpilot which are more authentic and show more of the experience that I have had. Absolute waste of time, money and energy. I won't ever make this mistake again will post my reviews as many places as I can warning others. Such a shame.”

“I had a problem in trying to pay for an article. I just seemed to be going around in circles. I was getting a message saying that there was a technical problem try later. I did several times over 3 days.then I tried to speak to some one that proved impossible. I tried on line help on WhatsApp also impossible kept asking for an order No. Which I couldn't give as I haven't yet paid. In the end I gave up trying I am still without the articles.”

“i had 4 cleaners and some flycatchers and a covid-mouthmask and things you stick in a corn when it is done and a cloth.. that is about it, o a microwave oven bag for chicken.. sad, my 20 euro's gone for that!”

“At the start I already had a bad feeling, Just google the company review "deal of the day" and you will see how many customers are upset, At every step they try to increase your spending so any request or if you dislike the crazy flight times, be prepared to take out your card to pay more!”

“I've had a problem before with their customer service over the phone but I'm not really one to make a fuss so I just left it be. However, this time when I had a problem regarding getting a refund or credit of only £20 as my voucher expired DURING LOCKDOWN, when I was not able to redeem it, the agent just kept repeating that I can not get a refund. When I then asked for the number for head office he proceeded to end the conversation.”

“I ordered a Smart Watch. It was cheap rubbish. No charge lead in box. Instruction leaflet less than useless. I want to return & get my money back. I used their WhatsApp page to get someone to contact me. 3 ½ hours later I'm still waiting. Appalling Customer Services. I will now be deleting their App & would suggest others do the same.”

“I order euro million ticket for £9.96 they took the money but I didn't recieve my tickets I try to do live chat all day yesterday till the end when they said live chat closed I had to wait 72 hours for reply which was too later as tickets where for yesterday draw I've been trying to get hold of someone which by phone is just answering services tell what u can do to contact they say do live chat so I did yesterday and all day again today itched had no luck I wanting a refund as not recieve goods”

“Absolutely DISMAL / ABYSMAL website. Wowcher (Woecher) are scammers, DON'T BE FOOLED. Please refer to 'Wowcher, AKA Livingsocial' on FB to see just how many complaints are being made about them. Falsely advertised a deal as '3 course meal with cocktails' at Marco Pierre White. When redeemed, the deal has now changed to '£50 off final bill, no cocktails included' They are no longer being reviewed by Trust pilot as their score is SO BAD and have moved on here to make it look better. Order ANYTHING at your peril... you have been warned ⚠️”

“still awaiting order of wildlife cam, what i didnt realise that it was produced in china, having already had a bad experience with Amazon over item coming out of china, had I known i would never ever have ordered another chinese commodity. Products either don't turn up or are so shoddy I would be ashamed to give it as a present. Please let customers know at the beginning where the products comer from #”

“ordered rain jacket item number 45298769, delivery by 7th October didn't receive until 13th after numerous emails, absolutely disappointed, the jacket is paper thin, has a big number 4 written on the front in white whatever it is, the cords are fraying already, not waterproof at all, there is no way that this jacket has a RRP of £59.99, put it this way, if I saw this in a shop priced at £5, id walk away from it, very thin, very cheap, do yourself a favour, dont waste your money.”

“Paid for a spa package via wowcher then the hotel would not accommodate the deal and it has taken 4 days to try and make contact, I have emailed, called, left voicemails, etc... paid a lot of money for this booking so very disappointed as false advertising.”

“I received an email saying I had a £5.00 discount off my next purchase. So I straight away tried to use it so that it wouldn't expire but I could not get the discount applied to my order so I was very disappointed.”
