“Ordered a product over a month ago and still not arrived. Contacting customer service 3 times and only be passed over to the merchants, who's in China with nothing but screen shot updates of how my purchase is still not delivered. No where to escalate and stuck with just waiting as merchant won't offer refund. Customer service via whassap, wait is about 24 hours for a response. I have used wowcher before but they should state where the goods is coming from. It was a birthday present and I have had to get something else anyways.”

“Only issue is ordered 3 chargers from same company but was charger £2.99p delivery for each charger ..if they come from the same place should be 1 postage charge”

“I wasn’t feeling well the day of the appointment but attended anyway not to let the vendor down. My hair was just dried with a hairdryer, no straighter (as is always used on my hair). Within 10 minutes of leaving the salon my hair was frizzy and looked worse than before I’d gone in. A waste of money - I won’t be going back.”

“Bought an item advertised for £14.95 then went I went to redeem the voucher I found out that postage was not included and had to pay additional £4.99 In addition to that it takes 15 days to have the item shipped to me. Postage fee should have been mentioned on the advert, I could have bought similar item on Amazon with free next day delivery for similar price. So overall I don't feel I got such WOW deal... Hopefully when the item arrives it's what expected.”

“Had a terribly frustrating experience yesterday when l made an order for a bed & mattress. After placing my order & then using the wowcher to order the bed, l received a receipt; no problem; but then l had to make a further separate purchase for delivery. It's a shame this wasn't all kept within the one original purchase, because due to an IT issue, it just wouldn't allow me to pay. I was left wondering if my payment had left my account, but was aware no delivery had been arranged. I goggling the manufacture. The no. I found turned out not to sell the bed l had bought. I then attempted to contact wowcher. This took forever,as l discovered you've taken away any customer service via the phone, which is now replaced via whatsapp. To add to my frustration, the so called help, turned out to be a robot. Still l went through a very tireless act of trying to explain my issue. Eventually, following much text, l was informed that l would be placed in a queue in order to text chat with a real person when they become available. After more than half an hour had passed, l decided to give it another go myself; afterall, l had plans for the day ahead, never for one minute thinking this process would take the hours that it did. Following approx my 7th attempt, l eventually got the system to accept my payment for delivery. In the meantime, l never did hear back from a customer support assistant via whatsapp until almost 24hours later. Upon my response, to inform them l had sorted it out myself, they only were not going to be available for the rest of the day. The whole process has left quite a sour taste in my mouth. I have ordered from Wowcher many times, & never really had a problem. However, if there should ever be any issues, the fact that you've now taken away your phone contact with a real person, would make me think twice before making another purchase.”

“I recently bought one of the green expanding hose pipes, first time I used it there were two leaks coming from it. The length was a good size, but I got wet feet using it. Sorry I couldnt rate it better.”

“Ordered a racing bike. Arrived in pieces to assemble. Felt flimsy and sub-standard. Gears do not engage easily. I ordered a pair of rose trees. Two sticks arrived in pouches full of soil. They arrived half dead, I planted them in pots and tried my best to revive them. When it failed, I contacted you. Several days after no response, later I contacted you again. Then the plant store contacted me asking for photos, which I sent. Several days later, the plant store asked for a scratch test to see if the stems were still alive, which I provided. Now you emailed me with a “credit refund” of only £19.99 which does not include my delivery charge of these faulty goods. To add insult, you are not actually refunding me, but giving me a TIMED credit that I can only spend with Wowcher AND only valid for another two months. I appreciate things go wrong, but this is not the customer service I am entitled. I tried responding to your email - that bounced back. Your only method of communication is WhatsApp and that's an automated service. I am very disappointed.”
