Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “I ordered 3 Wisteria plants for my garden. The plants that arrived were correct and healthy BUT they are VERY SMALL and will take at least 10 years to bloom at all, even if they survive. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED as the photo shows a mature plant and these cuttings/seedlings are only about 2 or 3 inches tall. I am 69 years old and might never see any blooms on these tiny plants, even if I grow them in ideal conditions fir the rest of my life! If you want Wisteria blooms, I suggest you buy much more mature plants elsewhere; these are NOT fit for purpose! I took a photo showing the length of the stem below the leaves was only 2 inches but it wouldn't upload.”

“I have not ordered the MS Home and Student as stated in you introduction to this questionairre. I ordered the professional version I am now having significant difficulty in getting the supplier to accept the voucher code, in that I keep getting a message saying to delete any spaces after the code. There are no spaces after the code. I am not therefore enjoying my experience.”

It is already mentioned on the fine print as below If you do not like the gift/item, the gift/item cannot be exchanged for an alternative gift/item. This does not affect your cancellation rights. You’ll receive one standard item for each £10 paid. If you buy multiples you’ll get an item for each. You’ll receive one premium item for each £20 paid. If you buy multiples you’ll get an item for each. Because you can buy multiples, you might receive the same product more than once.

“I felt like it was a rushed job.. she wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked an appointment. No tint or removing of the extra hair to give my eyebrows a neat finish and they went back to normal in the morning when I washed my face !”

“The offer was for a 20% discount on the airport lounge membership. However it shows the price as £69 discounted to £34. Then when I go to make the payment it increases to £179. Therefore I will not allow the transaction. I would like the money I have paid so far to be refunded.”

“I ordered two mattresses at 49.99 ,thought I had got a bargain. Only to find out when I put my code in you we're charging me 19.99 delivery on each mattress.I find it diabolical and will not be dealing with wowcher in future, and will make sure as many people know as possible.”

“I ordered a doorbell camera It took 15 days to come so the 24 hrs delivery is full of sh#t and I might as well have ordered from wish or got it from the poundshop the quality was of that it claimed it was motion sensor it isn't claimed it was reduced from £40 to £10 but its only worth a tenner the doorbell will ring when no one is there I'm having problems with the battery dieing all round no good the only wowcher it had was WOW I won't use them again”
