“Ordered fence lights being sold at a saving of 79.99 so I thought these string of 30 must be a really good deal at 24.00 for 2 sets. Photograph showed them to be quite a large bulb when they arrive they are tiny, size of a malteser, they would never have been expensive so feel duped by false advertising. They do work but not what I was expecting so disappointed.”

“I purchased two beds which were the exact same at the exact time. I paid in full when I paid for postage you charged me £29.99; I thought that would be for the whole order .After messaging an adviser I was told I had to pay another £29.99 for the other bed which I found ridiculous now I am paying nearly £60.00 on the same order , I have never paid such a hefty price for post before ever. Also the company premier deliveries have got terrible feed back on trust pilot who you have arranged to bring my beds ,I am concerned my delivery will be a sham and people have also said they are rude and don’t comply with Covid restrictions. I cannot therefore recommend you. I am very anxious about my transaction.”

“Hi , it was a bit hard to put together, I gad to phone my son to come help me put it together. As the holes didn’t match up , also the glass on the mini coffee table does not stick to the suckers provided, I’ll have to try and get something to make it stick , as I have three small grandkids so it is definitely not safe , but disappointed it the set rest, paying £500 for it and still have to try and make it safe”

“You can’t speak to anyone when you got a problem of order . I’m trying to cancel my order as it’s a mistake process.. children using my phone and they pressed by mistake.. I want to cancel and get refund.. but it’s seems no one can’t help you, this since last Saturday. I’m very disappointed if this company.”

“Last experience was awful. I wanted to buy something for £14.99 but the total continually came up as £26. No way could i get it to change. Eventually i purchased a cheaper item. It was not what i really wanted but there was only the choice of the two. Disappointing as it is a birthday gift.”

“spammed me with emails from different accounts meaning I had to unsubscribe 5 different times! THEN they don't even pass your purchase and delivery details on to the seller meaning I sat there for 3 days waiting for my delivery before I found out you have to be redirected to another website to reenter your info AGAIN before they ship the thing. And if you don't redeem your purchase after 30 days you don't get it. Fix your crappy company and send someone what they purchase when they purchase it”

“I am still awaiting my this order. Experience with a previous order was very poor. The item did not work. I had trouble getting my money back and when they finally gave me a refund, it wasn’t a full refund, as £20 was missing. Despite writing to Wowcher servers times I received no reply and no missing fund. I would leave anyone to take their chances when ordering with Wowcher. Customer service is very poor.”

“the reason i am only giving 2 stars is because i bought toilet rolls from wowcher and they said they had forward it to the suppliers and i never ever received them and i tried to contact wowcher and i never ever got any message or my goods and they still took the money out from my bank”

“When will I receive my goods please as no one has got back to me. I will get my daughter to order stuff for me in the future as I can’t copy and paste, I preferred the way it was before and I think you need to remember that we’re not all computer literate.”

“I had nothing but trouble with my delivery arriving at least 6 days late to then find out it wasnt worth waiting on. Dog bed was like a marshmallow absolutely useless for a dog to sleep in no base to it. First & last purchase for me.”
