“Operating the deal was fine. But the product that arrived rolled up in some dirty polythene and with sellotape and dumped on the door step was a bit of a shock I got the door to see the driver shutting down the steps. When unwrapped the parcel the mattress shot across the room it does not look anything like the picture in the advert. So very disappointed.”

“The description of the item was incorrect as my grandchild was totally unimpressed. I thought it would be just like bubble wrap but it is just pushing through the plastic. Not very interesting.”

“Wowcher Deals just are not as advertised. I purchased a pedal bike that was advertised as a £1,500 Mountain Bike and what turned up was a piece of cheap Chinese toot! Shocking low quality and to add insult to injury it was damaged. After writing loads of emails it was finally collected weeks later. One month after the collection the refund is still not with me. Simply not worth bothering with ever again.”

“Couldn't give delivery date after saying it would be March then before 26th Feb.As it was part of birthday present i bought from another company to ensure I had something on 17th which was birthday.Then it actually turned up on 17th !!!Will not use company again.”

“Please take care on this site. I accidentally hit the quick pay button when browsing and ended up buying something that was not suitable. I finally got through to an adviser who said he could credit my account but it’s all so complicated redeeming it so ended up buying the item. Annoying as the advert says free delivery yet when I went to redeem it the delivery was £5.95! Not a good experience I won’t use Wowcher again so be warned on the ‘quick pay’ button.... THIS SHOULD BE REMOVED!”

“Packaging had already been opened and perhaps I should have been worried by a loose plastic bag inside.I should have been as the plastic part inside turned out to be broken and it may well be the wrong part.A new part has been sent but not yet arrived so cannot get best use out of a product that has cost me . I tried Wowcher because a friends son James Baron Works there.I doubt I will risk it again.”

“I've not received an order which should have turned up 13th Jan. I can't get hold at Anyone to talk to. Only absolve contact is what's app. That's has been useless. And I'm asking for a refund and getting no reply. I'll never buy from this company again.. They are using covid as an excuse not to answer the phone. But every other company I've dealt with takes calls..”

“I was very disappointed in the quality of the mattresses I bought there was no memory foam as described even after a few weeks as they said to give it time to settle...Still no difference..I have no choice but to use them as they are the only mattresses I have for my children but I won't be buying them again that is for sure”

“Still have not received order. I had a email on 9/2 to say it had just been despatched and should be received on or before 8/2!! (The day before). Still not here. Having said that previous experience has been excellent.”

“The running machine that arrived is nothing like the photo shown on the ad . Paid 400 for it and could have got same for about 250 in Argos. Very disappointed to be honest False advertisement”

“Not happy when you buy bed and after 4 attempt s to deliver in was then. Told I would not get till after Christmas.I cancelled because I had been s!eepng in a chair as old bed removed to make way for new I am 66”

“The advertised bed did not come with a memory foam mattress and the delivery person would not carry it into my property , quoting that he wasn't insured . So when I refused to sign his delivery paperwork . Suddenly he wanted to carry it in my property . I paid £30 for delivery and I'm disgusted by this treatment and will not be using your company in future . I will go back to other sites used in the past .....”
