I wasn’t feeling well the day of the appointment but attended anyway not to let the vendor down. My hair was just dried with a hairdryer, no straighter (as is always used on my hair). Within 10 minutes of leaving the salon my hair was frizzy and looked worse than before I’d gone in. A waste of money - I won’t be going back.
