“I think the P&P was far to expensive for the item I purchased”

“There was no option to select the ring size, which means I will probably be sent the smallest size instead of the largest size, which I need. I will therefore more than liklely receive a ring which is too small!”

“Item was not delivered on time and when it did arrive it did not work and also was much thinner than the pictures ( heated gillet) very disappointing. It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone at woucher the only way is watsapp and it takes days for someone to reply . Not a good company to deal with. I had to threaten then with trading standards in order to get a resolution to my claim ie a refund”

“Something went wrong when booking the hotel reservation via the Wowcher link, and I have been unable to contact anyone except the hotel's General manager who has passed my details on to the reception desk. So to date I don't know if I'm booked or not booked for the date on my voucher but it is showing as redeemed so I'm waiting on the edge of my seat, before I give this experience the thumbs up.”

“Products are good but delivery takes so long. Every time i've ordered i had to email supplier direct to chase and sometimes lucky if they reply? Really has put me off!!”

“Ordered a product over a month ago and still not arrived. Contacting customer service 3 times and only be passed over to the merchants, who's in China with nothing but screen shot updates of how my purchase is still not delivered. No where to escalate and stuck with just waiting as merchant won't offer refund. Customer service via whassap, wait is about 24 hours for a response. I have used wowcher before but they should state where the goods is coming from. It was a birthday present and I have had to get something else anyways.”

“I wasn’t feeling well the day of the appointment but attended anyway not to let the vendor down. My hair was just dried with a hairdryer, no straighter (as is always used on my hair). Within 10 minutes of leaving the salon my hair was frizzy and looked worse than before I’d gone in. A waste of money - I won’t be going back.”

“Bought an item advertised for £14.95 then went I went to redeem the voucher I found out that postage was not included and had to pay additional £4.99 In addition to that it takes 15 days to have the item shipped to me. Postage fee should have been mentioned on the advert, I could have bought similar item on Amazon with free next day delivery for similar price. So overall I don't feel I got such WOW deal... Hopefully when the item arrives it's what expected.”
